Great selection, prices are so affordable. I wish I had gotten the names of the employees because they were so personable and friendly. Although I do not live in the area, when I'm back north, I'd love to stop in again.

This store use to be clean, organized, well managed, and had friendly employees. The store is complete opposite of it's glory days.The store is dirty and unkept from the dirty floors filled with wrappers, dirt, unpacked boxes filled with items to the store walls filled with unorganized shelves, misplaced items and unfolded shirts. I am surprised that store manager and district manager are ok with the state this store is in. Compared to other FYEs that are kept up to date and oranganized.I guess this is the state of FYE now.

A disgraceful young male assistant manager should not be working here. Incompetence and rudeness running afoul. Shop elsewhere.

An employee at this establishment named Trent changed my view on life and single-handedly saved this company. A child got lost in the mall and Trent found the child’s parent and reunited them in under 30 seconds. A fire broke out in the fye and Trent stop dropped and rolled and put out the fire with his body and saved everyone’s life. He even carried an old women to her car and drove her home. I have never met an employee who was so dedicated to his job and making people enjoy their time at fye. Thank you Trent!

My husband and I went to the ocean county mall yesterday 2/5/22 and stopped in at fye at exactly 5:30 pm (thank you to the receipt for showing this). When we finished browsing we went to the register all the way to the right where a short brunette with glasses (who I later learned was Amber) glared at me after a taller curly haired girl told her I was waiting and snapped at me telling me that (I believe based on my receipt) Bailey would help me to purchase the three items I wanted. During our check out time we had the lovely pleasure of watching the lovely show of Amber yell, in what I assume she thinks is a quiet tone, at the taller girl for checking out and assisting on the floor in the way she didn’t want her to while simultaneously calling her names and being flat out nasty. When trying to use the credit terminal with my purchase was giving both Bailey on his end and my end an issue showing that it wouldn’t go to the next area for me to sign after saying it was approved, he asked Amber for help and she again glared at me then him and snapped and said “YEA I KNOW JUST FREAKING CLEAR IT AND PUT THE CARD IN AGAIN.” By this point after her treatment towards me, the young women, and now this poor young man, I was livid as the poor man was profusely apologetic about the machine and the wait that I decided to try and calm him down and reassure him I was in no rush. My husband and I took it upon ourselves and started to tell him about how I myself used to work in retail and how I know the machines don’t always work the way we want. We all chatted about his other job, our jobs, and plans for the weekend while we waited on the terminal to reset. By the time we left the store I was able to hear Amber full blown yelling at both employees while customers were still in the store itself. Now weather or not she is a manager or supervisor there is no excuse for treating your fellow employees or your employees in that way let alone in front of customers. The only reason I gave this place two starts is because of that gentleman who looked like he was trying to put on a brave face and be professional while this girl acted like a spoiled teenager who thinks she can get away with everything. I tried speaking to FYE online since I left well over fourteen hours ago and have gotten radio silence so now I’m using yelp and google reviews in hopes of getting someone higher then that girl to do something about how horribly she acted and treated those two plus the other customers she berated.

Omg...the food here was delicious. Not a place for cheap stingy people cause prices are a little higher, I will go back 90 percent seafood...non seafood items also tho.

I bought a clearance CD, and not ONE of the songs were the original HIT recordings. Why would FYE allow that to happen? The CD artwork did NOT say, Re-recordings. That practice sux in plain English. Be B!G

My Children and I shop at FYE often. This past Sunday 3/6/2022 an employee name Kelly assisted us with our purchase. Kelly was kind and help us find exactly what we were looking for. In all the years we have been shopping there this was by far the best experience.
