Food is ok but the delivery is terrible. We order about 30 times a year and they require you to use the slice app. Usually after you place the order you get a text saying they are busy and that just drops your order back an hour or so. We have had over two hour waits more than once and it's getting worse. Not happy.

Wings and pizza are pretty good. The haven't figured out how to answer a phone or do a timely delivery. I won't go back to this restaurant, delivery can take over an hour after you wait on hold 10 minutes to place an order

Nothing like going into Francesca’s not finding anything and getting interrogated by the old lady Kim in the store as if my 11 year old daughter and 6 month old son stole from there. Never going again.

The pizza is fine, but the customer service is often bad. One of the dudes at the front count acts like he would literally rather be anywhere else and treats customers like he's annoyed that they're there. I wish I had gotten his name.

Walked into store with no customers besides myself intending to buy. I wasn’t acknowledged at all as I browsed. Ironically the people working/hanging out were talking about how it might get busy later in the store for potential sales. I left without buying anything. Garbage employees.

OMG!!! I ordered for a party over Labor Day. I had meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and kids coming! Frank and Gus were super helpful in selecting the menu, answered my endless questions and helped me plan a great part menu. If that weren't enough... the food was fantastic! Everyone at the party commented on how awesome it was! I will always use them in the future and recommend them to everyone!!! Thanks Frank and Gus!!! You guys are awesome!!!

I ordered a small pizza and fries with salt and pepper . Pizza cold and watery , not even warm . Fries were put in a foil container so they were soak and wet . Ice cold . And the salt and pepper only put in the middle of the fries . If ur new to the area stay away from these two items . Not a good eating experience.

Second time using them for catering! We just had them cater my son's bday party and everything was fantastic. We got pizza, penne, meatballs, garlic knots, salad, mozz sticks and wraps. Everyone was so happy and there was a great amount of food. Comparable prices to everything in the area, and better quality compared to other pizza places. We also order every few weeks for dinner for 2, and the salads, pizza and burgers have always been great!

I don't think this is related to the pandemic so it's fair to leave this review. My husband ordered online yesterday and they messed up the order pretty badly. He basically got the opposite of what he ordered (wanted a meatball Stromboli but got a veggie one instead??). Requested dry wings but the wings were in the sauce (which isn't as a big of a deal). I like the food here but it'll be impossible to get him to order from here again since his meal was ruined. (It wasn't worth driving 30 min back and forth to correct it.) come on, it's just basic following instructions guys (or making sure the right order goes to the right person).
