PAID $176.89 FOR FLOWERS AND THEY ARE COMING TWO DAYS LATE. SPOKE WITH SOMEONE YESTERDAY BEFORE PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER CONFIRMING IF I PLACE THIS ORDER THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO BE DELIVERED TODAY. THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID YES. SO I PLACED THE ORDER THEY NEVER SHOWED. CALLED TODAY AND THEY SAID THEY ARENT COMING UNTIL TOMORROW. NO MANAGER AVAILABLE, HOPING TO HEAR FROM A MANAGER ASAP TO GET THIS RECTIFIED. THATS ALOT OF MONEY FOR FLOWERS FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

We ordered a $140 speedy recovery arrangement yesterday and was told that it would be here today between 12 and 4......it's almost 5pm and nothing has arrived yet.....I am VERY disappointed. ☹️

Never order from Flowers by Addalia again!!!! Ordered flowers to be delivered in the morning, they weren't there by 1:30PM, I called and spoke with Amoula who said "we're starting it shortly". I explained that this going to an office that will close at 4. "We can't guarantee time," and yelled into the phone "what do you want me to do?"
My husband called back and Amoula hung up on him!!!
This is customer service? This is beyond outrageous. Give your business to a reputable florist, not this disgraceful alternate.

I've used this florist every year for the past 5 years and sadly it's always the same thing. I order online, as I am out of state, to send to my in laws. The picture shows one thing but what arrives is a complete different thing & not in a good way! The bouquets are over priced and the flowers used are not the ones shown in the description. I kept trying to give this business a chance but it's happened every.single.year for the past 5 years. Stupid me! Buyer beware!!!!

Ordered flowers for my mother's funeral. The casket spray was decent. The small pillow for iside the casket fell apart so we ordered another through different florist. The large 200.00 bleeding heart didnt look like a heart and was dead by the next day. My friends ordered a 300.00 vase that looked like a vase you could purchase at a food store. We called and the customer representatives was rude.

I love this florist! They always blow my mind with their floral designs and on time flower delivery. The staff and floral designers are always so kind and thoughtful. I now order designer's choice because I trust them to give me the freshest flowers and the prettiest designs!
