Cassidy at East Meets West in the Ocean County Mall helped me have the best shopping experience I’ve ever had at that particular store, and yes, of course I am older and have been shopping there since EMW opened in the mall forever-ago; however, I am pretty confident that nobody who has ever helped me there has displayed such a sincere and appreciable degree of enthusiasm. I told her I was going to pick up a couple of items and maybe she could think of a recommendation based on what I already enjoyed and was about to purchase. Well, lol, for one thing, there was no hesitation, lol again, and instead of saying, “Oh, you’ll probably like this one,” and pointing at it from across the store, she smiled and wanted to help. I was honestly surprised by her reaction, and the immediate action she took by walking me over to the product she was recommending. I guess it was just fun to see someone who looked happy to be working, to be helping someone. Thanks, Cassidy, your efforts are appreciated.

Ok store, has decent variety. Staff inattentive and not knowledgeable. Chain, most are the same. No readings offered, when the did have them they were not great. Big store seems like most used for storage. Go to a small locally owned hands on New age Metaphysical shop instead.

I love this store...If your spiritual, If your intuitive or just curious go in and spend some time you will be uplifted!!! Many unusual items....healing crystals, stones, incense and Jewelry! Unique clothing and woven bags....a must see!!
