The pharmacy at this store is horrible !! When ever I call and need to speak to someone they are rude and do not know how to speak to people and always seem stressed out .if these reps can’t handle the pressures of working in a busy store perhaps they are in the wrong position or CVS management should hire more help.

I was on hold for over 10 minutes while trying to speak with a pharmacist to see if they would be able to fill a prescription that a different CVS was not stocked with. No one was answering the phone.

Tried to get a prescription renewed. Pharmacy said I needed the prescibers' approva - no renewals left. Actually original prescription had 2 renewals within 6+ months. Had to get prescriber to call to straighten them out. Not the first frustrating experience.

The female pharmacist at the drive thru window was not taking her job seriously and having side conversations and laughing with a coworker while I was trying to get my prescription and was overall rude

Pharmacist Karen was not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I needed help with my prescription!The girl who checked us out at the pharmacy cash register was very friendly!!

The people in the pharmacy department have terrible people skills and have a terrible attitude they seam annoyed every time you ask them a question they really need a supervisor that is going to address these issues worst pharmacy ever

Don't bother filling a prescription here. They're never ready when they say they will be and even when you receive a text message saying the prescription is available, it's not. I've been waiting for the same prescription for 6 days now...I've driven there twice (after calling and being told it's in), waited 20 minutes and it's not there.This is the largest waste of a pharmacy. Good luck.

The Pharmacy NEVER PICKS UP THE PHONE! My 95 year old mother lives alone, doesn’t drive and needs her meds and CVS pharmacy needs to be more responsive so the elderly can get their prescriptions!!

Waiting 2 days now for a call back on a medication that is out of stock.. after waiting in line for a half hour to be told prescription is “Not Ready”. … then, drove back, and then was told the medication is “out of stock”. I’m going to try Walgreens.. hopefully it can’t be worse!Update.. never received call advising prescription was ready…. CVS?

Phones have been broken for a week, had to have Dr call in three different meds with no updates by CVS. had to drive there TWICE with a newborn to get updates on her medicine. They were out of stock and told me another store had it in stock, but failed to transfer the medication or contact the store to transfer it. So I showed up to the next store with them having no idea and about to go on lunch leaving me making two unnecessary trips with a newborn for her medication.

Used to good. Now horrible they don’t want to work. Have not answered phones in 4 days. Just tried to get a simple refill. Said need dr approval and they sent request when they didn’t. Had to go in to get them to send request and dr said he did not get. Dr can’t call them as well and can’t leave message. Called another local cvs who is sending to dr again request (hopefully dr gets) . Told other cvs all these issues and they stated that they just don’t answer the phones and this store is a problem
