To say this company has the poorest customer service is an understatement. Store #351 has been refusing to fill a legal prescription for months, and causing both me and my prescriber to jump through unnecessary hoops. The latest incident of their refusal to fill a legal prescription put me in the hospital, and now as a result of my new diagnosis that I didn't have and I wouldn't have if CVS had done their due diligence and honored a prescription I was legally prescribed, I am out of work for 6 months until I can be cleared by a neurologist, and I can't even operate my own motor vehicle. When you attempt to call their store, you navigate a phone menu, and you have to wait on hold for an extraordinary amount of time before you get an attitude from the human being in the pharmacy that you want to talk to. When you take your complaint to their email address, they respond with a form letter (obviously prepared in advance) and "recommend" you call another number that keeps you on hold forever, but a robotic voice comes on every 30 second and tells you how important your call is to them. After hearing that 75 times, I gave up. Also, they must receive a ton of complaints, because a recent (canned) email they sent me didn't even have my correct name - it said Dear (NOT MY NAME), and urged me to call the same number that keeps you on hold. Pharmacists and pharmacy techs employed by CVS, in my experience, embellish and abuse state and federal laws and insurance company policies so they don't have to do any actual work, but I don't think they realize that when people don't get their medication that their doctor prescribes, they get very sick and it seriously impacts their lives. My job requires me to operate a motor vehicle, and now I can't. For 6 months. Until I'm cleared by a neurologist and provided I am symptom free. All because they didn't perform due regard or show due diligence. It's a perfect example of a company wanting to do the least amount of work and maximize their profits. I don't think they really "care" about the lives they are affecting by taking unrighteous authority over a legal prescription and refusing to fill it. Yes, they're short staffed; but that's not my problem... well, now it is, because my company is short staffed now because if I had my medication, I wouldn't have gotten sick, and I wouldn't have been put out of work. Take your prescriptions ANYWHERE else. Do NOT risk going through what I'm going through now, because they simply do not care, regardless of the response that will be below this review stating that they are committed to addressing my concerns and they'll ask me to contact another phone number that no one answers. You can only do business this way for so long before you reap what you sow.

I have had nothing but problems using this pharmacy and they really need to learn how to speak to people . Not fair I have to get into an argument cause I may not understand what they mean then take a second and explain it to me I'm not a pharmacist . Hospitality sucks and I'm changing

This store should be ashamed of itself. 2 drive up windows they only use one and it takes an exorbitant amount of time to get meds from drive up .. I was there at 830pm and waited over an hour behind 4 other cars. Just shameful!

Now this is a 24 hour service pharmacy. Some 24 hour pharmacy’s (Walgreens) won’t allow you to pick up scheduled controlled substances after a certain time and it’s ridiculous. Why be open 24 hours if you are going to have ANY restrictions on ANY medications. I think his name was Don the overnight pharmacist was phenomenal. He was so nice and understanding and not undermining people because of a medication they take. He will not only be getting a phone call to the general manager but also cooperate as well on the job he did and how I was treated. Excellent job Don.

Pharmacy is terrible, I put my prescription in on a Friday as soon as I left the doctor because I needed it they never called me so I went there Monday to pick it up and they lost my prescription. I waited an hour or so so they could look for it and they couldn't find it finally they told me I have to call the doctor and have them resubmit my doctor was so busy I had to wait a couple of more hours till he had the time to call in a new one. This is unacceptable for a pharmacy that is in a senior citizens community not even to mention that they close down the whole Pharmacy for 1 hour every day so they could all go to lunch together that is terrible management. Any place I ever worked people stagger their hours for lunch so that there's always someone covering this is a very selfish CVS not worried at all about their patrons. Don't put your prescription with them. Terrible terrible terrible management

I went in today to drop off prescriptions and pick up an OTC item. First, dropping off the prescription took way too long. There was a woman in front of me having issues so I just had to stand there and wait for 10 minutes. Finally, another employee decided to come up to another drop off window and I got it done in about a minute. Next, I grabbed another item I was looking for that was advertised online as buy one get a second for $1. I went to the cashier line to pay and stood there while the two cashiers that were open were having problems with their customers. I decided to go to the self checkout and scanned both items. Well of course they did not come up for the advertised price but came up with the second one as 50% off. I pushed to the get help button and stood there and waited. No one showed up. Finally I just left the items at the kiosk and walked out. I ended up purchasing those items online at a better price so CVS lost my sale.

I was told as rudely as I have ever heard anyone speak to another person to never call the store again for an Rx. I only asked that they run my script thru Good Rx rather than my insurance which would save me over $180 for my monthly medication. I think the pharmacist must be off on his medication because he snapped at me like I made an impossible request. If the script was not already E scribed to them I would never use this location even though it is minutes from my home Terrible customer service

Please train the staff on how to use formula check/coupons. I dropped the last of my sons formula and I don’t get paid until tomorrow, it’s a bad week, and the lady at the register didn’t know what it was so she refused me. I had to argue with her for over 15 minutes about it until I was finally able to use it.

As I sit here waiting for a script to be filled for 6 days, it is unaccusable - many meds are limited to how many the pharmacy is allowed in a month and this 24 hour CVS runs out of meds, like mine, every month. The only saving grace is the 24 hour open, 365 days a year. I'm moving to Shoprite - this CVS is even crowded at 2am. Huge population are here.

Ally at cvs is rude nasty And shouldn't be working with the public or answering phones, that's for sure.. When I was just trying to figure out why i had received a text message about my medication to as why it says delayed and contacting Dr for alternative medication, By me asking her this seemed to be a problem. Nasty tone and snippy. I said why are you being snippy when im just inquiring about the messages? She goes well now I am.snippy, And told me I should contact another pharmacy to fill the prescription.
