My scripts are never ready no matter how long I wait. I literally think they wait until I show up to fill them. Get there when everyone takes a lunch at once and you’ll wait another 30 minutes at least.

The drive thru pharmacy was closed, although there were 3 pharmacists staffed inside. The inside pharmacist was unable to fill the order and unhelpful in seeing if the prescription could be filled at an alternate CVS location. I was on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer while attempting to call other store locations. CVS pharmacies don’t pick up their phones anymore, unless you’re a doctor. The Walgreens’ drive thru was open, friendly, and able to fill the script.

Prescriptions are never ready in an acceptable amount of time. Doctor wires it in and not ready 5 hours later. Then I'm told it will be about 45 min to fill it because there are several in front of mine. This store uses the excuse of being short staffed way too often

Worst pharmacy ever !! If i could give this location 0 stars i would . Pharmacy picks up then hangs up we called Quite a few times my niece has RSV and needed her medication and the pharmacist had the nerve to tell me they are shortstaffed that's not an excuse as to why you pick up your phone and hang it up every time they answer it I do not recommend this place to anyone And the staff Was not helpful

Literally the worst CVS pharmacy. If you can go to one farther away you should because this pharmacy does not care if you live or die. They don't answer the phone ever under any circumstances, they will take multiple days to fill a prescription unless you show up and ask them for it in person (as if the doctor calling in a script wasn't enough of a sign that they have a prescription to fill that day??) and then you still have to wait til they figure it out once you go ask. There's always a long line and always an issue or some sort of hold up to get simple antibiotics or basic scripts. Never once in the 10+ times I've been here did I just conveniently receive my prescription in a reasonable time frame, it's always something on the pharmacy's end (not insurance, not the doctor, just them dropping the ball). Finally gave up and decided to switch to the one in my local target.

Hands down the worst pharmacy I have ever dealth with. My dad's medication is here. It is expensive! They text me it is due to be picked up. I go online, prepay the medication, and check out. Oops! Just kidding! It cannot be renewed until the end of the month. I'm not gifting them $100 until the end of the month! I call the store. The woman who answered literally said 'um, like, we can't do refunds. You have to call 1-800-shopcvs.' You can't DO refunds!!?!? It's a STORE!!! So I call the 800#. 'We are not permitted to issue refunds. But it is still showing as pending pickup here. If you wait 48 hours, the order will be canceled and your $ will be refunded. What a SCAM! If it isn't refunded in 48 hours I will dispute the charge as fraud. The prescription will be transferred to Walgreens. Hard to believe this store stays in business.

Well organized aisles, reasonable prices. I like the cvs extracare discount very much. It saves you $. Excellent customer service.

I want to leave a review specifically for Steven the pharmacist. I can't say enough about his demeanor, professionalism and genuine passion for his patients as well as what he does. I had an issue where my mom needed immediate medical products which malfunctioned the day before resulting in her going unresponsive and requiring advanced care. Steven did what no other provider of hers or any pharmacist I've ever worked with would of done to help. He went so far out of his way to help and to ensure I had those products so that she can avoid such an incident from occurring again. You do not meet people like this. There are so few people that will take so much time to assist someone and ensure their immediate, acute needs are met. I'm honestly still astounded by the amount of time and effort that was put into this by Steven. I can't thank you enough Steven. Employees like yourself are priceless. I hope CVS recognizes you for the asset you are. You are definitely not the type of employee any organization would ever want to let go because you are an asset to anyone that hires you. Thank you. I've been using this CVS for 5 years. The last 6 months have been unfitting. A staff member has looked me in the face at the drop off window and proceeded to the medication section. After standing there for 6 minutes (I timed it) the Pharmacist stopped what he was doing on the computer and asked was I there for drop off. A most recent encounter was trying to make it to the pharmacy on a Friday before they close at 7p. I arrived at 5p and the gates were closed! Staff was walking out and I asked if only the drive thru was open due to limited staff. She said no we closed early be cause we had a substitute pharmacist! What does that have to do with people picking up there filled prescriptions. Highly disappointed in how they have been handling things.

Absolutely garbage location and even trashy/unprofessional staff. Stay away from this pharmacy location & go to another CVS nearby.This particular location does not answer their phones. And when they do answer, they simply hang up on you right away. I have tried calling them 14 times in a row and the same situation happened. Yes, you *did* read that correctly... called them 14 times & they hung up on me 14 times especially after being on hold for at least 10-15 minutes *each time*.Go to some other CVS location and if you must feel a prescription at this location, then... good luck!

I wish I knew his name! He was an older gentleman, and he was so kind and had a great attitude! He was so sweet. If I knew his name I would literally call corporate and tell them what a great employee they have!!!
