I went to Courys Auto Body to have a trim put on my Kia soul. They did a fantastic job and very quickly, and I am so pleased with the result.

They didn't bother to check the wheel alignment on the car after a major accident even though you had to drive with the steering wheel turned off center.
When it turns out parts were bent, they were too embarrassed to admit their delinquency and told the insurance company I must have hit a pothole after I picked up the car.
So now the insurance company won't cover the repairs.

I stopped by to obtain an estimate for a very small trim replacement job, even though they only do estimates by appointment, they took the time to look at my car, I look forward to having them take care of my vehicle and I appreciate that they are very considerate of their customers.

I was in an accident a few months ago and my insurance company gave me a few names of body shops to try. I actually did call one of the other company's, but It was not a good forst impression. Coury's on the other hand...2 thumbs up=)
They had my jeep almost a month all due to waiting on parts. I have heard from family members, who work in the field that things are taking forever.
I was told numerous times that they could not give it back to me if any lights came on the dash. Now that I have it back wow does my baby feel great! I find myself checking my speed quite often because with the windows down and the music up I feel like I'm flying. Really I'm pushing 70!
Thank you Coury's my Jeep has never felt better!

My two experiences with this shop have not been good. The first experience I had with them was about a year ago when I brought my car in for repairs from a hit and run. Everything seemed fine when I got my car; however, I noticed the next day that the paint on my car chipped in two different spots. I brought my car back to them and a guy with a Russian accent was looking at my car and said it wasn’t from them. I argued with them that it was and they were supposed to contact me back and didn’t. I ended up letting it go thinking that maybe a rock or something chipped the paint. Fast forward to today for my second and last experience with this place. When I went to pick up my car I saw that there was a nail in my tire so I immediately went back inside and said something. I was told to wait outside where I was met by the same guy as last time with the Russian accent. He looked at the tire and told me the nail wasn’t from them. I was not having it this time ESPECIALLY because I had just recently bought brand new tires before going to the shop and I looked over my car before and after and there was NO NAIL in my tire. Not to mention as you can see in the picture, it was a fresh puncture in the tire. Long story short, they of course had the shop across the street fix it at their expense. But what annoyed me was when my car was done the guy showed me the nail and said it’s a construction nail and not from them and I had to argue with him AGAIN that it wasn’t there when I dropped my car off. Now, after leaving this place I noticed my car was shaking and I did notice it when I had to leave the first time and go back to the shop but I was thinking I was having a different issue with my car. As I was driving at a higher speed my car was shaking like crazy. When I met my friend I got out and looked at the tire where my rim had to be replaced. My friend saw that they DID NOT SEAL THE RIM!! I immediately went across the street from where I was to Mavis and thank god someone there helped me and saved me from having to go back to Courys body shop after my experience with the nail. The men from Mavis saw that the rim was not sealed and told me how dangerous it was and that I was lucky my tire did not pop!!!! Or should I say Courys Body Shop is lucky because they would of had a major lawsuit if my tire popped and I got in an accident from it! This place is terrible and when they mess up your car they DO NOT take accountability for it!

DO NOT EVER GET REPAIRS FROM HEREThey are unsympathetic, to my father, just passing away… and the fact that his car needed repairs that was done with them and refused to fix it. The man that helped me call himself Bill which I know is not his real name came outside and looked at the car by the way my father will to me and would’ve wanted it fixed was very unsympathetic to my situation told me that my father needed to be physically next to him and his man who just passed away for him to get it fixed I replied that my dad is not here and is not able to be here and he would want it fixed and the man would call Bill said that he will not fix it admitted that it was damage that they did that the Bondo, or whatever they used was coming apart and does need to be fixed refused to fix it. They were very unethical not very un sympathetic and uncaring people. If you need to get your car fixed, don’t ever go here They are not very good people very nasty to me, and very nasty to the fact that my father passed away, and really didn’t care at all about the fact that my father gave me the car and he just passed away and really didn’t care, so if you need to get your car fixed, go anywhere else do not go there they will not care about you or any of your family members whatsoever.. as you can see it was damaged that they didn’t fix right that my father took their from something that happened in the car with him and refused to fix it after actually admitting it something they did wrong and did do right the first time .. horrible people for sure ….???

Horrible work. I was not impressed at all. I love the part when they tried to explain the bad work they performed on our vehicle. Stay away from this place unless you like making other people's problems your problem.Service: Painting
