Won’t narrow down a time frame for the appointment so I took the day off from work. They finally called at 10:15 to let me know they would be here between 1-3 and called back at 2:15 to cancel, asked if I want to reschedule. They wasted my day.

Customer service is horrible, multiple incorrect cpap supplies delivered, can't get anyone who actually seems to care and will return my calls, got a rep yesterday who had the audaciousity to open mic sigh at me multiple times at what she considered my stupidity.

My experience with the call center staff highlighted gross incompetence. I had 5 calls with CSS regarding a home care bed for a relative that was moving to a senior living facility. I spoke to a different person on each call. One of the calls was a conference call between myself, the physician’s office and Community Surgical Supply. The physician’s office following CSS’s documentation guidance to the letter. The guidance was incomplete. Given the time crunch I was facing, I was forced to move to another provider. The points to a lack of training and follow-through. This will cost the company sales, as it has cost the company my sale. Save yourself the frustration and seek another provider.

The worst customer service I have experienced. Stay away from this place and don’t waste your time. I’ve been trying to my CPAP supplies ordered for 2 months now and I keep getting the runaround from this place. First they told me the issue was with my doctor, then the insurance, and then my doctor again. After they finally told me everything was cleared and approved, I’m waiting for my order to deliver and nothing. I call back just to be told insurance wasn’t cleared.Everytime I call I have to explain the situation all over again. They never have my insurance updated. Always have to give me them my doctors information. And then they constantly transfer me from department to department and call center to call center.This place is a joke. Stay away and avoid the stress.P.s - when they say they’re going to call you back; they won’t.

The worst I would give no star if that was an option and today is Halloween 2023 I'm an in-network Aetna insurance member and they're telling me first of all they overcharge my co-payment and a monthly fee for a CPAP machine for a in network member are BIG DUMB whoever this company owner or board members you should check your staff they're the worst and called on a three-way with my provider to confirm 100% coverage they talking about when they ran my insurance what the hell is that mean like you ran my driver's license Aetna said well did you call to confirm just stupid that person should be fired

This place is absolutely horrible. This is the 5th time my mother oxygen machine broke in the last 5 months. Customer service is horrible. They’re equipment garbage.

Place is a joke waiting a month for filters and new mask for my ventilator all's they keep saying is they're going to reorder an expedite shipping and still nothing. Time to make complaint to BBB and to insurance company. Don't use this place you'll be sorry ???

First time CPAP user, terrible experience, most employees don't care. Respiratory tech that brought me the CPAP unit fitted me with the wrong type of mask (full face) and in the wrong size, very uncomfortable when tightened enough to seal. Sleep quality with CPAP is much worse than with apnea. She did not provide any care instructions other than change air filter when dirty and clean mask when dirty. No follow up by company. After two days, contacted a CPAP tech that told me I should have been given a nasal pillow mask and sent it, he was very helpful. Contacted a compliance person with questions that she could not answer. She said a supervisor would call me to answer them, still waiting after a week for the call. Contacted a sleep coach, was advised to try the new mask and see how that works out. As a first time CPAP user, was not provided much information or resources, felt like I had to extract information to learn to properly use and maintain machine. Company shows that profit is much higher priority than customer service.

One star is too many for this company. The worse customer service ever! If you have an issue be prepared to spend the entire day getting the run around from one department to another and then still not have your issue resolved! Every single time I have had to call for my dad it has taken months to resolve! You would think a company that deals with oxygen would know the importance of working equipment! From losing my dad's prescription for MONTHS not being able to fill it to get the correct equipment, to finally sending it and it missing parts and then taking another few months to send that, to now the equipment not working and sending the day on the phone trying to resolve the problem. I am so over this this joke of a company!

If you are looking for great customer service and support look for a different company. Received a respirator machine and after one month of normal use, we encountered issues with the machine. We called Community Surgical Supply looking for help and they said they would send a Technician to help us but they never showed up. I called again to reschedule and once again they did not show up. You trust this company to deliver the services and equipment that you need but all they do is charge your insurance company and they don’t stand by their products nor services. They make you promises but they don’t do what they say they would do. They are not trustworthy. Now we have a very heavy and expensive paper weight sitting at home collecting dust because we cannot used the respirator. We have been dealing with this issue for two weeks. Community Surgical Supply you should be ashamed of your business practices. I really don’t understand how can they still be in business. They are very unethical and unprofessional.

Billed for items not received. Has been 4 months trying to get a hold of someone to resolve the issue. Completely irresponsible of the company. You get stuck in menu hell recycling through the same menu. Finally got a hold of someone who said they would look into a get back to me. But never did. This all after waiting 8 months to get my cpap. Awful company. I would give them a zerk if I could

Absolutely useless and a complete waste of time. I needed a CPAP machine replaced that was purchased from a different surgical supply in another state and is now broken. My insurance carrier confirmed all they need is a lifetime prescription and my insurance would cover it. Community Surgical REFUSES to send this in. This is after five weeks of trying to get them to check their fax machine (yes fax, in 2023). On top of that, literally nothing on their website works. Go ahead and try to reorder anything. Try to even find a phone number on their website - you can't.They're an absolute joke. If you rely on medical supplies and value your health - go elsewhere.

The worst customer service ever.Went in to buy a mask with my HSA credit card.Refused me because I didn't have doctors script.Hello it's a mask. Not even for cash! Went on line got it shipped in 1 day from another supply house.They said they never heard of that. Even big chain stores sell them on line.NEVER again

UPDATE 4/21/23 Received a call today. The lady calling said that she is unable to answer my questions and she would send an email to her supervisor. IF YOU CAN'T HELP ME.....IF YOU CAN'T ANSWER A SIMPLE BILLING QUESTION....HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR JOB?? WHY DID YOU CALL ME IF YOU HAD NO RESOLUTION? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER A MONTH!!!!!UPDATE - Still no resolution to any of my issues. After providing them copies of the cancelled check THREE times, they continue to harass me with past due notices adding on late charges and threatening me with collections. I had no choice but to ask them to come get their equipment out of my house. I'm concerned that I will end up with a large bill if I keep the equipment because they haven't been billing my insurance company on a regular basis. My stress and anxiety is thru the roof with trying to deal with this company and now my health is being put a risk by returning the machine. LOOK AT ALL OF THE BAD REVIEWS. WE ALL CAN'T BE WRONG ABOUT THIS COMPANY. I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN SCAMMED. IT'S TIME THE LOCAL NEWS EXPOSED THIS COMPANY!!!!!This company does not even deserve the one star that I am forced to give them. Poor customer service. Phone calls made to them are usually disconnected before speaking to a live person or you get put in a loop where you get the same recording over and over no matter which option you choose. Their billing department does not know how to apply payments properly. I have had a billing issue every month since October. I want to switch to another DME provider, but I can't get in touch with anyone there to talk about returning the equipment. Do yourself a favor and save your sanity.......find another company for your DME needs.
