I waited 40 minutes for a representative to pickup.Forcthe first 20 minutes ever 2 minutes I kept hearing estimated wait time 34 minutes than nothing but music.

My husband died of ALS this past July after waiting FOUR MONTHS for a nebulizer that finally arrived the day before we had to call for hospice. The nebulizer had been ordered and reordered by both his doctor and nurse and was constantly “in review” and then dropped. We had been told he was getting a sophisticated combo machine, but what finally arrived in the mail was a $38 device THAT WALMART SELLS that didn’t work for him. No communication whatsoever from them and every call I made was a joke, bounced from department to department. Don’t even get me started on the oxygen concentrator and the TWO malfunctioning ventilators we were given. Yes, his disease was awful, but Community Surgical/AdaptHealth made his last months terrifying. I believe he’d still be with me if he had received proper and expedient care from this company. Do NOT give them your business!

I placed an order for a blood pressure device, and they informed me I would receive it the following week. When that week passed without any delivery, I called to find out what went wrong. They told me it wasn't in stock. My question is, why didn’t they notify me before processing my payment? Why did they take my money if they knew it wasn’t available?
They promised to follow up with me after contacting the warehouse since they couldn't reach them while I was on the line. However, I never received a callback. By week three, I called again, only to be told once more that it wasn’t in stock. They repeated the process, and this time they managed to contact the warehouse, assuring me it would arrive in two days. If it doesn’t arrive by this deadline, I will be filing a complaint with my insurance company and initiating a chargeback.
It’s pathetic that they can’t even keep a blood pressure device in stock—something any regular pharmacy would have readily available. My wife needed the device urgently, and I had to purchase one myself from a store. She could have died waiting for this incompetent company that can’t even manage basic medical supplies properly.
Stay far away from businesses like this. Keep a record of every interaction and don’t hesitate to initiate chargebacks. It's the only language their higher-ups seem to understand.

Horrible service rude phone personnel always passing the buck,tried to blame the VA well I tracked each step of the service took several months for the report to make it to the VA.
Called to try and get my CPAP was useless as they denied receiving it as no one was at the warehouse to answer corporate call.
Would give them a zero of possible I will be filling a formal complaint about this company...

I am having serious customer support issues with this company. The “ hospital bed” was delivered with one locking wheel. Anyone who provides healthcare knows that’s dangerous.. and in the upright position the “guard rails “ are non-existent. This bed should have additional side rails mandatory. If you are directed to this company at discharge, decline and do your own due diligence. You will get no help from this company, only a bill.

I want to give a thumbs up to mark a representative of the cpap machine dept.after numerous phone calls for a new machine he resolved the issue in 1 day for me.after several phone calls for over I month nothing was resolved out of several representatives.mark a is the best and should be handling the cpap machine dept.

I hope I can give 5 star minus if there was such an option. I ordered oximeter sensors for my son who has seizures so his oxygen needs to be always monitored 20 days ago and solved all the issues regarding prescription but they did not do anything after receiving prescription from my pediatric doctor more than two weeks ago. I run out of it and have to buy from Ebay and called them again. The staff finished my call without letting me aware of it when I was asking why they didn't do the job and told her that all of them don't deserve the job. The staff dealing with bill or insurance would appear not to understand English but they could speak it fluently. Don't know how this could happen but it did happen to me twice. They kept saying' yeah you know 'or saying long sentences extremely slow which was totally not relevant to the question at all. I feel 6 out of 10 times communication with them fails.

I called in regards to the wrong equipment and spoke to a Eric who rushed the call didn't take time to hear me out and I called the day before so he puts me on hold and doesn't return only to find out it was around closing tile when all he had to do is say we're closing would u be able to call back tomorrow. The worst phone rep I ever dealt with

My doctor sent in for a nebulizer. Because he didn’t write that tubing and mask in s needed they just threw the script to the side. The he sent in what was needed. And ask to put a rush on it because my previous nebulizer is broken. They put it to the side again because they didn’t know if I had one or needed a new one. When I called they said ok let me see how if it gets approved! Day 3 still no nebulizer! Calling a BBB!

Without oxygen concentrator due to people there not telling me exactly what I needed even though I had a script. Been using my portable it died from overuse now I'm in hospital cause I have no oxygen. Veryyyy unprofessional.

The customer service is terrible. If you need to replace oxygen machine, you will be waiting on hold many hours to chat with unresponsible workers or they just do not answer. Even if you ask to chat with managers, they just redirect you to another department. This company even do not have fax number and their website is blocked. Absolute shame!

Terrible company, it's July 8 2024 and I have been trying to get some equipment picked out since June 24 2024 and get nothing but a run around from this company, I feel that I now have a first name relationship with their answering machine since it hasn't lost or hung up calls.
They did give a pick up date on Friday but never called or stopped by.
I am contacting their parent company and the hospital that sent them the order for the machines, if you can avoid this company.
