I waited 40 minutes for a representative to pickup.Forcthe first 20 minutes ever 2 minutes I kept hearing estimated wait time 34 minutes than nothing but music.

People who are incredibly rude and don’t listen to you!!! They don’t give a damn about what you are gonna say or ask them. What a horrible place to get your medical needs.
