I really enjoy going to CKO Toms River for not just kickboxing, but a variety of different classes and instructors. The staff is friendly, helpful, and motivating. Plus, the facility is always clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth checking out!!

I have now been at CKO for almost 3 months. This gym is nothing short of exceptional! Everyone has been extremely friendly. The members are great and the staff is second to none! I participated in a few holiday workouts as well as a few special events that CKO has held. It was great! The owner, Calista, is always open to suggestions and trying new things to keep all the members happy. (She is wonderful to work with.)There is an assortment of classes for kids and adults alike, and now they just started an open gym session. I believe that this should appeal to everyone. Once my previous gym closed, I thought that I would not find another home, but this place has been great! You just have to come in and check them out. You won't be sorry!

So I went in to take my 2nd trial class. Still getting used to the group classes. Even though I was still a little lost, I kept moving. Once the class was over, I looked at my Fitbit and saw that I still got an amazing workout! The next instructor came in and allowed me to sit and watch part of her class. (She wanted me to participate, but since I had to work that evening, I opted not to do so.)I was able to purchase a pack of 10 classes. This was a great option because it is allowing me to try different classes that this gym offers, and see how the various instructors teach their classes.I am scheduled for another class tomorrow evening, and I am looking forward to it. I decided today that I am not ready to hang up my kickboxing gloves just yet, so I'm looking forward to taking another kickboxing class again soon. In the meantime, I'm trying out the boot camp, yoga, and step aerobics classes!

Ive been going here for about 2-3 weeks now, and let me tell you I have never had so much fun working out in my life. I used to hate doing any physical activity because to me it was always so boring and repetitive. My girlfriend who used to go to boxing classes said we should try out a free class here and we instantly fell in love with this place!! I also love that it is very spacious in the gym area! It makes me feel very more comfortable since I dont feel like there are too many people around me. Lasty, I just wanted to say the staff here make you feel so welcome and they are so friendly! I am so happy I found a pysical activity that I enjoy and look forward to doing!

Great for any ability level. Trainers are friendly and welcoming. The boot camp classes are a great addition for those also looking for some weight training circuits.

I’ve been a desk girl/trainer here and I love it!! I take classes all of the time this place is one of a kind. I love being here the energy is insane and all of the people are amazing. If you’ve never been you need to try it!!!
