Fine print of their products will be destroyed and ruin your other clothes if you wash them. No point in buying them unless you want to dye your other clothes.

I am not sure why I even still try with this place. It's always a mess, stuff everywhere- like walking into a disaster after a tornado has gone off. Staff is not friendly.

I usual don’t use bad reviews or leave reviews at all but I was disgusted by the way I was treated at this store yesterday the girl working did not greet anyone into the store she was on her phone the whole time then when I was paying she threw my bag to me, I didn’t know I was done so she rudely said “your done” . Next time I know to knock somethings off the shelf so she can really have an attitude! ?

Since this store reopened the new staff here are horrible. They're rude and on their phones when they have a full store. They don't accept online returns in store, you can't receive cash back when you paid in cash only store credit, and the layout of the store is a mess. The old Charlotte Russe was way better and the old crew were 100% better. Don't waste your time in this store
