“The staff was very nice but, at first they were offering cars below the size I paid for through Costco. Once I informed the desk agent of what I booked I was given a car in that classification. I didn’t like that the gas tank wasn’t full when I took it. I was told they didn’t have fueling capability yet they ask you if you want to pay for refueling up front or if you return it with less fuel pay a higher price per gallon. If the tank isn’t full how do they know how much fuel to put in. It all makes no sense. It is easy to bring a car back full. Not as easy to bring it back with just over 3/4 of a tank. The pickup and drop off were easy. The car was clean. The staff was attentive. I have used Enterprise in the past but, given that this location doesn’t give me a car that’s full I will probably use a different location in the future.”

The woman was extremely helpful and had a car ready for us on short notice.She was empathetic with the situation that the Point Pleasant agency had put us through and even offered us a free upgrade.We were in and out very quickly and the woman there could not have been nicer. She even provided a phone charger to use for our trip free of cost.I highly recommend you rent your next car through Budget on Rt 37 in Toms River.”
