Not an indictment on the store but the Website. It needs major work because it doesn’t work. Hard to be in business today without a functional website ??♂️ I want to look at wetsuits and this seems to be the extent of the website !

Paul at the Toms River store is awesome. He's been part of BNW for a very long time and I believe he is the buyer (guy that deals with the reps, goes to the SIA Trade Show, etc. He's a true expert when it comes to surf & snow products & he's a friendly guy.
I'm almost 53 and I've been going to BNW (in Pt. Pleasant Beach) since I was in 4th or 5th grade when it was just a tiny surf shack. I highly recommend BNW.

Went for a ski jacket yesterday and the staff was extremely helpful. They even knocked an additional 10% off the already listed low sale price! Always appreciate what BNW has to offer!

I used to like this place.My wife needed to buy some shorts and flip flops for our trip to warmer climates next week. I suggested brave new world.So she called and was told they were open till 7. So she hopped in the car and got there by 6:45. The lights on, and people were inside, but the doors were locked, and although they saw her, they chose not to let her in.Guess business must be good when you can turn people away and not care!!

The sales rep knocked an additional 10% off the already low sale price on an awesome North Face ski jacket. Exactly why I always shop locally, thanks BNW!!!

Love this shop! They have a massive selection of clothing from beach to snow. Prices are as expected for these kind of brands and the great quality of the items. Clean store, nice staff, massive variety of items, and overall great vibes. Highly recommend!

Tim the manager is terrible. Sits on his phone behind the counter and does not help customers. My husband asked for help and was told no by Tim. Awful service. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Great selection. However, you can get the same items for less elsewhere and more importantly, you can only return/exchange for store credit. No refunds.

will not be spending any money at that store again! After, thousands spent attempted to take back a faulty manufactured item. Was met with a manager with no customers service personality but rather an unfriendly and condescending attitude.

I understand there is a staff shortage but the store is a disaster. There is a leaking ceiling with NO wet floor sign. They have a bucket to catch the leak but again they have no sign and its very easy to run into or trip over the bucket. You get wet while shopping. The store is not size inclusive. There is no excuse to not carry Multiple L and XL items when the Point Pleasant shop has some. There jeans and shorts don't go past a size 11 which is awful. The one worker I did see who did register this time and last time was amazing and such a sweet girl but I don't know if I want to go back with no dressing rooms open and it being so hard to return something there. Its very disheartening finding something you love but you are unsure if you can buy it because it won't fit and you can't even try it on.
