“I mainly use the ATM or the App. Reading through some of these reviews, they don't seem to use common sense.
If you want to make a quick deposit, use the ATM or use the App from home. You aren't limited to bank lobby hours. I have made deposits using the app and my phone at all times of the day and night.
If you need to make change, there are many retail businesses that are happy to oblige. It doesn't make sense to me to stand on line and expect a bank teller to do this when it is faster at a business in the mini mall or the pharmacy.
I had to add a signer to my Wells Fargo savings account. I and the addional signer sat in the lobby for all of 20 minutes until a banker was free to process the addition. The transaction took all of 20 minutes or so. Additionally you can use the app on your phone to make an appointment with a banker. Just show up for your appointment on time and there's no waiting at all!
I have nothing but good things to say about this branch. I live less than a mile away. It's my go to for the ATM or I need the services of one the professional and friendly bankers.”
