Hey I had the opportunity to deal with two of the finest people you could ask for. The manger Ralph and his asssitant Nova. Long story short I’m from Philly out of my home town break down visiting my moms. I had to do a caliper replacement on the spot. Well these two individuals could not have been nicer and more helpful the any person could ask for. I could not have don’t he job without there help. I thank them many times for there kindness there professionalism and there help. Autozone whatever your paying them give them raise. Because they are both quality employees. Nova and Ralph thank you you two are All stars.

Had to go to several stores today this one Nova helped me after much frustration at at 10 rt 37 east Mike was rude and unhelpful to my plight with a battery exchange to the point of anger. I left with my dead battery with is under warranty to this store and upgraded the battery with Nova I can't express enough how polite and helpful she was and deserves a promotion to manager of the above mentioned store.

Austin and Paul scanned my father's car to determine what was wrong. Thankfully the parts were in stock and it was a simple fix. They were super helpful and friendly. Great service!

This is one of the best Autozone’s I have been to in a while! Anamaria helped me install my battery yesterday, and Nova helped me find the correct wiper blades for my vehicle. Anamaria was very sweet while installing the battery, I even offered her a tip when she was finished and she refused and told me to write a review instead! Great customer service from the both of them! Very eager to help!

I went to the AutoZone on Fischer Blvd. My son's car engine light went on twice within a few weeks for two different reasons. I went to Auto Zone at 8:50 p.m. (both times) right before they close. Nicholas & Daizohn helped me. As a female, I am so grateful they took the time to help & didn't get upset that it was closing time. The break lights wouldn't go off. Daizohn sold me a wrench & taught me how to disconnect the battery so it would not die until I could get the car fixed. Nicholas had to sell me a gas cap but he changed it for me. This has been the best customer service I've seen in a while. Loved my experience with this company! Highly recommended! Thank you!!!!

Went in for wiper blades. The store was packed! To their defense, it's the closet car part store for a few miles, and it was a Sunday. Unable to get assistance in finding correct blades. Found book, blades out of stock, then left.
