Let me start by saying I don't leave reviews, but after putting off getting a new phone and transferring my number I finally stopped in and had the pleasure of working with Bri. I can not say enough good things. They were patient & kind. Not just to me but my whole family including a very high energy 3 year old who ended up along for the ride. Bri made what i thought was going to be a very painful process so smooth. The store is very lucky to have an associate like Bri.

Terrible service. Manager gave me the run around. No help from anyone at this store Iv been at at&t for 12+ years. Definitely thinking about going to a new service provider.

Ok so, I went to an AT&T store the other night to get a new phone and to switch my line over to this carrier. I went with the Samsung S23 Ultra (which I love!) BUT - when the store attendant (Paul S.) was ringing me up, the system crashed!! And it gets worse...somehow being that my phone was "half way ported" already, we were stuck in limbo and there was nothing that he could do. My phone was now half on AT&T, and half still on my old carrier. This was a serious problem, and no matter what he tried, it didn't work. He called other co-workers as well as managers, but nothing. He then called AT&T Customer service, and they told him that there was nothing they could do!! This was frustrating to say the very least, and the store was about to close, so I thought I was going to have to leave phoneless! That said, Paul ignored the time and continued to make calls, and while on the phone with support, he insisted (as kindly as he could) that there had to be someone that could help with this issue. And he was right! Finally, after over 2 hours (after closing mind you), he got the right tech on the phone, and boom...they fixed the issue, and I left the store with a smile on my face, and a brand new S23 Ultra!!That said, what could have been an incredibly bad situation, Paul made into a great one with his great attitude and unmatched persistence. Honestly, hands down this was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had in my life, and next time I need a new phone, I know who I'm gonna go and see!!Thanks again, Paul!!John

Manager and staff are very professional and full of knowledge regarding deals, promotions. Treated with respect and lots of care by all on staff Saturday morning 5/20/23. I’m also new customer with AT&T.

The gentleman was very pleasant, quick and efficient. He upgraded two of my lines and stayed 15mins past closing time to make sure everything with the transferring of my data was smooth from one phone to the next. He was also able to save me money too! I really appreciate his time and patience.

Went into ATT as I was not happy with Xfinity mobile! The man that helped me was so nice it was so easy to transfer, he took his time to help me! The new store in Silverton NJ is so nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend ATT, thanks guys!
