I had a great experience at World Subaru. Frantz was so helpful and made the whole process seamless. Ally is great and explained the whole car very patiently and answered all my questions. Tara is wonderful, kept all communications very clear and replied to all my email queries. I must say they all make a great team at World Subaru!

The definition of a 5 star experience. Rich Riccitelli was my salesperson, and he did everything he could to make this fast, efficient, and exceed my expectations. He listened to what I was looking for, found my car from another dealership in 2 days, met my price, and worked with Tara and the rest of the team at World to take me through the entire process in a little more than an hour, without truly rushing. Not sure car buying can get any faster or easier and hustle free than this. Thank you!

I just purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek at World Subaru. I had an excellent shopping experience. I actually purchased the car while sitting at home after using all the information and tools on their website. I scheduled a test drive which was very easy and then got a call from sales consultant Rich Riccitelli. Within 20 minutes I had my car picked out over the phone and a delivery date in 3 days. Delivery of the car was fast and easy. He and Tara Mullins made sure everything was ready for me and that I knew every inch of the car before I left. World Subaru makes car shopping as it should be, FUN, not something that you dread. I would recommend World Subaru, Rich and Tara for an easy and professional car buying experience.

Update to my original review- I purchased a new 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness Edition from World Subaru in March 2024. My car was hesitating to turn on within a week of leaving the lot. I tried to call the dealership but learned that they use a call center in Texas to take their calls. Eventually I was transferred over to the secretary of the Tinton Fall's service department, but it went to voicemail. By some miracle, I was able to drive up 30 minutes to the dealership to talk to someone. Upon hearing about my problem, the tech told me it could take up to 5 hours to service the battery. I was hopeful it just needed a jump, but the employee in the service center told me they were unable to fix it and had to replace my battery. I was disappointed to find out the battery was defective 5 days after my purchase.
The bigger aggravation- it's been nearly 5 months and I'm still waiting for my license plates and registration. Their title clerk quit but apparently they haven't been able to find anyone to fill the role. I was told I'd have plates in two weeks. Two weeks came around and my temporary plates expired. I called up the dealership but was once again transferred to Texas. Any voicemails left were unreturned. I decided to email the owner of the dealership and he got back to me promptly. He told me they were backed up in processing plates and was unable to give any timeline as to when to expect them. He said he was hopeful my plates would be processed "this week" which has now turned into months. After communicating with the sales team, they were able to mail me additional sets of temporary plates.
So far my experience has been aggravating, but I want to acknowledge the hard work of my salesman, Frantz Napoleon. He gave me his personal cell number so I could easily reach him instead of having to call the main line. He also expressed concern when my plates weren't coming in and offered to follow up with me in a timely manner. He's also overnighting me plates once my temp ones expire.

Bought a 2024 Crosstrek Sport from World Subaru. Can't say enough great things about the entire process. Frantz and Tara we're super helpful and answered every question I had. I never felt pressured to buy anything. They never tried to sell me on something I did not want. Nothing felt off or shady. Registration, plates and title came in a couple weeks later. I haven't bought a car in 20 years, and I am really glad I ended up at World Subaru. Thanks guys!

Took outback in for extended warranty work ....told me it was expired....i refused an upsale....opened case at Subaru USA.....brought outback to Pine Belt Subaru....they had all extended warranty in computer system....just like Subaru USA had yold me.....DCM override and brand new battery covered 100%.... i will never go back to World Subaru in Tinton Falls NJ...I did my homework!
