This place is the best! Joe does such a wonderful job of providing excellent customer service. If I forget to put out my dry cleaning they do their best to accommodate me. My clothes and blankets always come back clean and never damaged. I wish all companies provided such great service!

1 starThis place is a scam. They charged me $300 to clean and preserve my wife's wedding dress, but they did a terrible job. The dress came back with stains, wrinkles, and tears. It looked worse than before. They also put it in a cheap cardboard box that was falling apart.I called them to complain and ask for a refund, but they were rude and unprofessional. They said they did everything according to the manufacturer's instructions and that the dress was already in bad condition when I brought it in. They said they had no liability and that I signed a waiver. They hung up on me and blocked my number.I was outraged and heartbroken. My wife's wedding dress was a beautiful and sentimental piece that we wanted to keep for our daughter. They ruined it and stole our money. They are dishonest and incompetent. Do not trust them with your wedding dress or anything else. They are the worst cleaners ever.

Customer service at its finest! I’m still amazed.I brought in an evening jacket, never worn, still with tags, that had a stain we hadn’t seen at the time of purchase.The owner heard me explaining the situation, took the jacket into the back, and told me to wait. He came back 5 minutes later and the stain was gone.They would not allow me to pay for the service!I was not a previous customer, but will be coming back in the future.In these times, when fees are rising in all areas, especially for customer service, it was quite an impressive gesture.

I have been using White Dove and Joe for years. They have the best customer service as well as the state of the art facility and can have suff done same day. He found out my family member had uniforms discussed my options for delivery or not. Just the best dry cleaning all around.Services: Alterations

Took my wedding dress to get a quote. The man there noticed damage on the dress that I didn't & told me i should repair before cleaning. When I was confused as to how it got so damaged he replied "it's very delicate... see?" And ripped another (totally fine) part of my incredibly expensive dress to show me how delicate it was. ???? My heart broke and was very unnecessary. I'm so upset I can't even put into words.

sent my very expensive white coat to be cleanedwhen it was not returned on my regular day, a call was made and we were told they did not have the coat after more investigation on another day i was told my beige coat was very dirty and needed to be cleaned twice i replied that I did not own a beige coat but only a white one when the coat was returned to was more yellowish than beigetoo awful to be worn also charged 25$Service: Delivery
