I like that you can buy with food discounts all year around! If you have registered- even more discount for you :) I always find some nice things in this store! But for men is bigger selection than for women!

Customer service 1/5 they don’t say hi to you they just stare and make you feel uncomfortable and the place was disgusting everything was dirty.

Went into many stores at the outlet. Other stores greet and welcome you. They also ask if you need any help. To Tommy’s Hilfiger it’s like you don’t even exist. Plenty of workers walking around talking to each other but no customer service. They need better training.

I'm only giving it 5 stars because the cashier, Alec, was extremely friendly and attentive. Everyone on the sales floor either ignored me or offered no assistance at all.

Not all do, but, Tommy does Factory Outlet right. And, this particular mall is owned by Simon/Chelsea Property who also does this type of retail very well.Anyone who complains, ad nauseam, that the FACTORY OUTLET didn’t have their size or the color they wanted simply don’t understand how OUTLETS work. The same goes for those who criticize the dearth of helpful staff at the OUTLET.(If you want a particular style/cut of black pants in your very normal size 8/10 and staff members to wait on you hand and foot, may I suggest that you head to the Lord & Taylor at the NON outlet Monmouth Mall. Yes, you’re going to pay more at a regular retail store than you are at an OUTLET store. Aaaaaahaaaa)

Went in to buy a shirt before work and then proceeded to the fitting room and the mid aged in the face lady took my shirt from out of my hand and threw it into the fitting room instead of handing it back to me poor service and mannerism. Nobody seemed like they wanted to assist me when the store had 0 customers besides myself while everyone just walked around talking to each other…im not sayin not to shop there but dont walk in and expect to be treated fairly based off of how presentable you may look or appear to be.

No tee time reservations needed! You can go there with your buddies on the spur of the moment. Friendly staff, decent carts and a surprisingly well taken care of course.

Conveniently located across the way from Starbucks. Nothing special as far as their products go, but nothing bad either.
