My husband and I purchased our new Atlas from Shrewsbury VW this weekend. This is the 6th vehicle I have leased or purchased from this dealership over the last 22 years.
Last year we relocated to another state and shopped around where we live for a new Atlas. I just didn’t feel right about any of the dealers we visited. Although it was going to be a long drive, I never forgot how accommodating Shrewsbury VW was over the years. I reached out to Gino at Shrewsbury VW. He and Jack not only found the exact car I was looking for, but gave us a deal that I couldn’t have found elsewhere.
I appreciated that we were able to most of the work over the phone and email. They were extremely quick to deliver responses and the car within only a few days. There was zero pressure to make a decision. As always, Gino was informative and honest. They made sure I was getting the best deal for my new car and for the trade-in possible. They truly honored my loyalty as a customer, which doesn’t seem to happen elsewhere anymore.
When we pulled up to pick up my new car, Jack and Gino actually came outside to greet us at the door of my old car. They didn’t just shake hands and rush us in. They met me with open arms. The only other people who have met me at the door with hugs upon my arrival are my parents.

I had such an awesome experience purchasing a car from this dealership, big thanks to Michael Colella. After leasing vehicles for the past 14 years of my adult life, I made the decision to buy an Atlas Cross Sport. I’ve dreaded car dealerships and looking at cars forever, because of pushy sales tactics and always left feeling icky after. I can say that Michael was lovely throughout the whole process, from test driving, to finding me the exact vehicle I wanted, walking me through financing and having everything ready to go for me the day of the sale. It was such a great experience, I can’t recommend Shrewsbury VW and Michael enough. My only regret is not going to Shrewsbury VW sooner.

Just purchased a pre-owned Jetta that drives like an absolute dream. The process was the smoothest and most efficient experience I ever had in almost 40 years. The staff, including, Gino, Michael Collela and Big Mike in Financing treated me like I was their family. The entire staff was kind, patient and most of all, informative.
