“I recently ordered a poster online which wasn't going through, so I called up and was told I could email my order. It was 8pm when I did so and my item was done by 3pm the next day. It came out perfectly! The print staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very refreshing to go into a store and have a nice interaction with the employees and not feel like a bother to them. I had a previous visit and needed 100 copies. I thought I scanned my item into the the copier and it was printing out blanks. I freaked out but the employee came right over and fixed it and didnt charge me for the mistake. Again the employee didnt make a big deal about it and was very accommodating and friendly. I wish I had noted everyone's name to give them acknowledgements, but my 2 recent experiences at the print shop were exceptional!!I highly recommend the Shrewsbury Staples, especially the print staff.”

Lisa and her staff at Fast Copy are not only detail oriented and professional, they are very nice and care that you have a fully satisfied experience with your print products. Time and time again these guys all go above and beyond..whether it’s helping track down a missing package or running after a driver to make sure your package gets on the last truck, this team is simply the best. “Corey saved my a$$, big time! I sent two poster foam boards that I need for a big presentation to the Sea Girt Staples at 8:15 Wednesday night. I immediately called them to explain that I needed to pick them up by 4pm the next day (the website said 8pm). The woman at the sea girt store told me to call back in the morning to let them know I needed it earlier than 8. When I called the next day at 8:30 AM the lady who I spoke to told me that there was no way she could guarantee it by 4 because it was a time consuming item. I begged and pleaded with her and offered to pay a rush fee and she just said sorry, can’t guarantee anything. Being that my work presentation to the town was at 6 I couldn’t take the chance. I suddenly remembered that the last time I used the Hazlet staples for a print projects they were super helpful so on a Hail Mary I gave it a shot and called them. I spoke to Corey who couldn’t have been more understanding or pleasant. He assured me they could have it ready for pickup by 4 (disclosure: there was a rush fee but I was happy to pay it as long as I could get my boards before 4) Additionally, once it was ready he even took the extra step to call us directly to let us know it was done. 10 out of 10 recommend this store for all your print and marketing needs. Thank you so much Corey! (Side note: when I called back sea girt to cancel the order I spoke to the same woman who I had just spoken to 5 minutes before and she told me she already started on my project and it’d be ready by 1. Unbelievable! I told her to throw it out because she refused to guarantee it’d be ready when I spoke to her earlier so I was using hazlet staples instead. So annoying because I would have been happy to use sea girt if they would have just told me it’d be ready on time instead of being difficult)”
