If I could give zero stars I would. Most disgusting store I’ve ever been in. It looked like a tornado hit it and even that is an understatement. Employees are rude, and were blasting their own (inappropriate) music. Seems to be a common theme with PacSun. Maybe the company should re-evaluate who is overseeing these stores and districts. Incredibly unprofessional.

the customer service at this establishment is truly unbelievable. the cashier had no clue how to count money in which she gave the the wrong change multiple times and then threw my money at me. i then went to the manager to speak to her about this ridiculous customer service and the manger did absolutely nothing and was even more rude than the cashier. i normally come here but never again because clearly they are incapable of maintaining a reputable business.

Terrible customer service, I walked in, wasn’t greeted by a single employee even though multiple were in the store. I’m very short and i couldn’t reach a dress that was high up so i struggled for 5 minutes while they all stood and watched me. then i tried to get a dressing room but again, not a single employee helped me until i went up and asked, to which she replied VERY rudely to me. Once I was checking out, nobody spoke a word to me but they all were talking to each other. Terrible store but nice clothes. never coming back thanks to this staff.
