I just received my new watch and I love it ? I made this purchase sight unseen over the phone with the Anthony and am so unhappy I did. It goes great with a sweater and jeans and can be worn for more than everyday wear. The number markers sparkle like diamonds against the blue dial.
Thanks so much for your great customer service, Anthony is quite an asset to Movado. I will be back for more.

Purchased a gift for someone at the Mavado Store at the Jersey Shore outlets. I asked for a gift receipt and they gave me one. It turns out it wasn't the right gift. I went back to return with the "gift receipt" it turns out they don't do returns. I wasn't informed about this policy at the time of purchase.The person at the register told me the sales person would have told me about the policy and that people try to get free things. I guess now I'm lying.We didn't want the watch, had a gift receipt and were returning it. A stores value comes in how it treats its customers. I can go online and find better deals but prefer to see things in person. Just because they can get away with it in the fine print doesn't make it a good business practice. This was low end and very poor customer service.

Customer service is poor. When I entered the store no one had greeted me. I walked around the watch display twice, still no one said hello or how could they be of assistance. A sales person asked to help me after I requested the location of another Movado store.

Do Not waste your money on these watches. They are trash quality. I've had the watch about 3 years worn maybe 5-6 times, and recently saw the chronos hand stopped moving. Come to my surprise the watch is defective.ORDER# 150032376 Movado Face Men's Watch
