The worst service ever. The lady at the register told us that we need to ask for a discount. And that they won't tell us, unless we ask. If that manager reads this please fix this situation.

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude. Laughed at my question. More concerned with leaving than working. I would have spent money in your store but put everything down and walked right out. Do better or don't work retail.

Went into the Maidenform Outlet around 6:30 pm last night with my family and had a bad experience with the manager Diana. Guess she didn't want to work or was the only one and took it out on me (big mistake!). She didn't welcome anyone one in the store, her first interaction with me when I went to go purchase was "Are you just leaving stuff in the dressing room after trying them?!" Honestly I am considerate of retail workers and "clean up" after myself because I used to do the same and I even teach my kids the same, plus I don't like a mess. But to come at me and assume that I shouldn't do that. You're the manager and a retail worker. And as a retail worker your job is to welcome and be helpful to customers along with keeping the store presentable. She was even rude to my niece and husband who was there. Apparently they were in her way. And she wasn't even nice abt asking them to move aside. She continued to say she was the only one in the store working. But at that point I didn't have any empathy for her - Diana left a bad taste in my mouth. And I don't know if she thought it was ok to do that with me but in the future she shouldn't dare try that with anyone!

Unfortunately my family had a bad experience here. A worker named Felice decided she doesn’t like her job and likes to take it out on customers. The manager of course said nothing when I told Felice she was being rude when my husband asked a simple question about the fitting room and her response is that they are busy. I never will understand why people go into sales and are rude when the have to work with customers. I get that not all customers are nice but when it isn’t warranted why be this way?

The lady was so rude. One would ask a simple question and she would answer sarcastically or not at all. She yelled at a boy was barely tried on a hat. She had demandingly asked him if he was gonna buy the hat as if wanting to force him to buy it. Would not recommend and I’m not going back.

The lady was so rude and she was the only one I saw working today Monday, May 9, 2022 at 3pm!!! She’s middle age woman and wearing glasses. I asked for price check for the 5 items I was supposed to purchase which has the yellow tags from the clearance rack. The first one she scanned didn’t show the 70% off and I said it’s marked 70% off, but she immediately said she’s not going to give it to me though it has the yellow tag on it with an attitude. The second item scanned also with yellow tag showed the discount and I told her I’ll take it. I asked why the other item also with yellow tag can’t be discounted. She showed some attitude, so I left all other items to her. I would buy somewhere else instead.

Terrible customer service. Employees stood gossiping at register and didn’t even pay attention to the customers. No one asked if I needed help, rang the call button in the dressing room multiple times and no one came. Went back on the floor to find other sizes myself, still no help. I asked if someone could help size me, all three employees stared at me and one sighed dramatically saying “give me a few minutes.” Waited in the dressing room for 5 minutes, still no one came so I left. Went to Soma at the other end of the outlets, much better experience. Skip this one, save yourself the time and go right to Soma instead.

place is terrible. I wanted to try on a shirt and the sales person stated the dressing rooms are closed. I wanted to at least take a look in the mirror and she stated mirrors only in dressing rooms and they were locked. why are dressing rooms open at every store in these outlet except this one? very poorly run by Champion and an indictment on whoever manages this store. never go here. total joke
