Two stars because 1. previous experiences have been good and 2. they do have a nice collection of items.Today, in this location, I was trying to get attention for assistance for quite a while, but the employees were more interested in taking photos of each other behind the counter. I noticed others who went un-helped, as well. I did not purchase anything, at this store, today.

I went there today looking for a gift for my son's fiancee. Sherri,the sales associate, was extremely helpful and offered many suggestions. She was able to send sweater to her directly in California. Excellent customer service.

Literally writing this as I stand in line, behind 2 women returning multiple garments. There are 2 employees working, and the one not helping these people is wandering around behind the counter, eating, watching what the other is doing every now and again. I had to say “excuse me, Miss” after a solid 5 minutes of just watching her wander around. Absolutely horrible. Just trying to pick up an online order, the last order I purchase from this location. I can understand being new and not knowing what to do, but at least acknowledge a customer standing here. ✌?

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I have been there a lot and every time I go, i regret going to this one, these girls make anyone so uncomfortable and unwelcoming, they never smile or say hello or how you doing, I mean if you hate your job, quite!!!!! and let someone else have it with a good attitude, I work with patients all day long for the last 17 years and all it takes is one person to make them smile and say hi, every time I go there to buy something I leave without buying because of their attitude, I drive over an hour to go to their other stores or order online because I simply hate dealing with these girls, they think they're too good to mingle with customers, if that's the case they need to let go ASAP and replace them with someone else, especially now people are looking for jobs, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks like this, I have seen many people walk in the that door and they see them but no interactive whatsoever No Hi No Hello No How you doing, i hope whoever is on top of this store see's this message and does something about it, because even their store manager is useless with that horrible attitude!!!!!

I've always loved this store but the customer service at this location is horrible. The same woman is always in the store and every single time I'm in there I get no greeting and basically ignored the entire time when I see her greeting other people and asking them if they need help with anything. Idk I just find that extremely rude as a person who works in retail I never single out anyone and ignore them. Sorry if I don't look rich enough to be in your store.

Absolutely LOVE this store! They have all the latest fashions and some of the cutest clothing and jewelry. Staff is always super friendly, helpful and very accommodating! I always go to Francesca's when I'm looking for something special or just looking for something cute and different.
