We walked in the store and nobody greeted us even though every staff was looking at us. I noticed that they started to greet everyone who came in after us. Really bad first impression.

I am writing this review because of a appalling interaction with the manager Tara. When I went inside to buy clothes she profiled me and start to suspect that I was about to steal. I was with family, and she continued to stare us down in a suspicious manner.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience and Interaction at Express Store, Tinton Falls, NJI am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with an experience I recently had at your Express store located in the outlet mall at Tinton Falls, NJ. I believe that constructive feedback is essential for any business to maintain its reputation and provide optimal customer service.During my visit to your store, I interacted with a cashier who provided me with directions to the restroom. Following his instructions, I proceeded to use the facilities and later continued to explore your store. It was at this point that I encountered an unfortunate incident. A woman, who I later learned was the store manager, Tara, confronted me and questioned my actions. I explained that I had received permission from the cashier to use the restroom, but her response was abrupt and accusatory.Despite my efforts to communicate the situation, she demanded that I leave the store immediately, publicly declaring her reluctance to engage in any further business with me. Feeling unfairly treated and disheartened, I attempted to discuss the matter further with her. However, her demeanor remained unprofessional and confrontational, escalating the situation further.I must admit that this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I had originally intended to make a purchase during my visit, as I had found a shirt that I was interested in buying. However, the manager's behavior and her lack of professionalism made me question whether I wanted to support a store with such an atmosphere.I firmly believe that customer interactions play a significant role in shaping a brand's image and reputation. The manager's demeanor and her handling of the situation were, unfortunately, far from what I would expect from a reputable establishment like Express.I also sought assistance from the store's management team, only to discover that they could not intervene in the matter as they indicated they were only the landlords. They directed me to your website to address my concerns, where I received an apology.I sincerely hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and address the issue internally. My darling spent deal of time in store and enjoyed it. She came out with quite a few bags of clothes. And didn't brake the bank very reasonable on the pricing. The quality seems pretty good I think she's going back to stock up for the Christmas season. The sales team was excellent and very helpful

Loved this store, clothing is a little not for young crowd, miss the ripped jeans and long leg boxer briefs but otherwise good place, vest dressed female staff, lots of blondes and a little muscular kid with flipped up hair, helpful I asked for a suit color, thst muscular kid ran in back and came back with four options I was impressed im from out of staff so to come to jersey and have a positive experience was shocking very nice polite kid made us laugh and made experience fun, he even let us go into the closed fitting room, girl manager got mad at him but he didn't care he was a good kid
