This is located in the Jackson outlets. I went last year and I got bargains on sneakers this year. I paid $65 for a pair of regular Converse black sneakers. Now you know Converse is cheap. Their sneakers are cheap. They made with practically cardboard so they spend $65 on the pairpissed me off, but it was a gift for my granddaughter so anyway I won’t go back unless I know it is a fantastic sale

The customer service here is awful! There were 3 employees in the store, one on the phone in the back of the store that didnt even look up. Another female with yellow hair at the register talking to another employee all while I stood around waiting to ask for help. I dropped a box on the floor and 2 employees literally walked around me as I scrambled to pick everything up all the floor after the box fell apart. This store is awful, do not recommend.

Falsely advertised $130 pair of shoes for $79.99 on front display when you walk in. All coworkers were huddled in the exact place, on their phones be. When I called them out, they blamed the customers? Shouldn’t you be checking your product instead of being on your phone? $130 compared to $79 is a big difference. From someone who sells cars for a living, that’s what you call a bait and switch. Manager, some guy, Wouldn’t even look at me when I explained the issue, and wouldn’t honor the price they advertised. Great customer service, not. Still bought the shoes because they are nice, not because the store was run by a bunch of kids.
