Worst experience ever! They should fire the manager!I bought some boxers and when I got home and opened the box, they were different sizes. When I went back to the store, the manager, who was rude, refused to give me her name. She said that i switch the boxers in the package. I told her to check their cameras, but she refused to help me at all. even though I had my receipt and everything. She was very unprofessional and rude, even started yelling at me. What I did was call Calvin Klein's corporate office and reported her too. They refunded my money. People like her shouldn't be in that store, especially since I've been a customer for many years. This manager lacks a lot of education in how to treat customers.

Website says close at 9:00 but they won't let anyone use fitting rooms at 7:40 at night. How do you expect people to try clothes on it and purchase it? Stupid store with bad employees. 3 customers all walked out unhappy.

I love Calvin Klein. I don’t shop there often since the pandemic but I purchase a few items from Calvin Klein outlet, after 1 wear items are damaged. In the past I was able to return it back but now they not allowing u to return items. I’m never purchasing from Calvin Klein again. Items are expensive and their clothes dry rot after 1 wear and 1 wash. Smh

Daniela at the Jersey Shore outlet was very helpful. She was welcoming with a friendly and cheerful hello at the door and assistance with locating items and size lookup. Great service!

Prices are very high. Calvin got its own bro that are just cost too much. Yes they are good but been over 50 bucks for one it’s just too much. I think they should do better prices especially when you’re located on an open Outlook.
