I walked in, politely waited for someone, and when this individual felt as though they needed to address me, they came up to the front, stared at me with disdain, without saying a word, and finally demanded my last name. Probably the most uncomfortable, unfriendly interaction I’ve had with a store employee in quite some time. Walked out pretty fast.

I brought my wedding dress here to be hemmed at the last minute. I had made an appointment with a seamstress in another dry-cleaners for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, only to have the seamstress be on vacation when I showed up. I needed my dress back in a week, and tried several places, all with seamstresses on vacation.
When I walked into Bright Star and they told me the seamstress wouldn't be back until next week, I sobbed. It wouldn't be enough time to get my dress hemmed. The lovely woman running the dry-cleaners asked if I would be okay with her pinning it and getting it to the seamstress to do as a rush. Not only was I okay with it, she saved the day. The dress was perfectly hemmed and pressed and Bright Star really pulled through for me.

I can’t begin to thank Frankie the owner enough, my daughter was getting married this past Saturday, the night before the wedding, I noticed her dress was never pressed. I called the cleaners the night before and she said come tomorrow at 8 am and she had it Beautifuly pressed by 11am. My daughter looked stunning thanks to the cleaners accomdating us in this timely manner.

I have to say I’m a new customer at this location I’ve use them twice and I have to say they are great the girls there are great I’m sorry I don’t know there’s names but very very nice I plan using them again I will definitely recommend them prices are reasonable hours are great and very convenient to where I work keep up the great serviceService: Alterations

I used to go here a lot pre covid and they always provided a fantastic service. I'm not sure if the owners changed but when I recently dropped off some items, I was very unhappy with the service. They completely ruined one of my favorite silk shirts (which I've gotten cleaned pre opus Lu and it always came out beautiful) and the coat that I got cleaned there came back with a strong unpleasant odor. I will need to find a new dry cleaners as I don't want more of my clothing ruined there

Brought in a custom made slip cover to be cleaned and pressed. They lifted out the spot I pointed out to them, but the other spots don’t look like they were even touched.In addition, it was returned completely wrinkled ( see photo below). Hardly worth $100.I used to go to Bright Star 2 times a week for 2 years when owned by the previous owner before COVID. No reason to return. Very Poor quality.

Disappointed. I brought a custom made love seat slipcover in for cleaning. It was returned completely wrinkled throughout and with 3 spots remaining. I get that some spots can't come out... they were able to lift one larger spot pretty well. But it looked as if they didn't even look or try on the others. Not worth $100. Previous owner (before COVID) did a fantastic job. Never had a issue. It's too bad.

I brought in a silk/Cotton duvet cover and shams. It was in perfect condition less than one year old. The young man who checked me in noticed that the tag said dry cleaning. The fabric was returned ruined,hardened,wrinkled,and lost its sheen. Well speaking to the owner she was completely rude and in denial of the situation I would not recommend this place and I was a customer before for over four years bringing in regular dry cleaning. all she needed to say was I'm sorry and give it back to me without having me pay but she told me I cannot take it without paying. I paid for my other stuff and walked out with my duvet. I took it to another cleaner he said they use a water product that knots down the silk fabric and possibly ruined the sheen. The owner was unreasonable.

Everyone is so pleasant and values their customers. I am always greeted with a smile. They use eco friendly chemicals and our whites come back almost blindingly white. I have had sneakers and boots cleaned and they come back as good as new. Repairs and alterations are also done on the premises amazingly well. Please check their service out. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.
