Banana Republic Factory Store offers a great shopping experience with amazing clothing and very friendly, attentive customer service. Staff members like Lauren and Sherry are helpful and knowledgeable, assisting with returns and providing clear information about policies. The store staff go above and beyond, sometimes even opening the store after hours to help customers. While the store provides excellent service, some customers wish the store could better pull up online items to help find products not in stock. Overall, the store has improved customer service and creates a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Got a great looking sportcoat - blazer — that fits perfectly— half off— right off the rack. Full price was $320. An amazing find. Saw others for $200-$400 at other stores. And loaded up in summer t shirts that were $10.

Sooo helpfull they were!! A niice women named kenya helped me and guy named Abraham. I tried on bunch of things she was very patient and helpfull also price matched my stuff which saved me 70 bucks!!
