“Went for headlight and even though they were full of cars with limited time they listened to me and found a way to service me even though my car required time removing the front fender and I also got my oil change done with full synthetic oil and was able to negotiate a great deal to top it off. “Rich & crew replaced the 46RE trans in my 1999 Dakota RT. Previous shop: was Gold Seal, closed, in Upper Saddle River. Big trans, 5.9 engine and a tight fit. A Perfect job, + reversed flowed the trans cooler.
4 years later, it runs perfect, driven 366 days a year, towing, and loaded with tools or heavy Home Depot items.
Repeat customer, I travel from Long Island for this shop and I'm frequently stuck in traffic for hours on the GW Bridge. Trans: never over-heats, and shifts perfect.”
