I love going to this Swift electrical supply house because they are in a convenient location for me. On my way home from work, I will stop in. Never a long line. Very knowledgeable staff. They always have what I need, which is very important. I will continue to use Swift electric.

Extensive selection and very competitive prices. Good location and ample parking. The place is busy and could use more staff. Had a great experience with Charlie, very knowledgeable guy with a superb service and attitude.

Terrible customer service. Always get orders wrong or they never have what you are looking for. A bare selection at crappy prices. They are also two faced and talk about EVERY customer in a derogatory manor. No respect for customers. I would never buy anything from them. They also have the audacity to get mad and tell customers off when customers complain about orders being wrong. Completely unacceptable behaviour. Go to home depot or Lowes instead. Boycott businesses with awful customer service like Swift. Also a terrible place to work. The manager is not profesional and unqualified for such a posistion. The owners do not deserve your money. Unsafe work conditions, extremely dirty warehouse and very unorganized. It is gross. I worked at Pella windows and their warehouse was clean and in order. Barely any dust. Swift's warehouse is disgusting. Like to know what they give their employees for end of the year bonus? Your end of the year bonus is a box of chocolate covered almonds. They do not care about their employees. For those who boycott businesses who support Trump, the owners are pro-trump, pro-russia. Which means they are pro white supremacy, pro qanon. You really going to give these bigots your money? Boycott Swift today!

As a former employee the company itself is very selfish. The bosses pick there favorites and that's all that matters to them. I was bought on board in August and let go in November. The reason they gave me was that there was not enough money to keep my position active. But you had the ability to bring another team member on during that time I felt like they wanted me out. They never taught me anything about the job or anything to do with my position. They don't train you at all and they just let you fall on your face. They are a very self centered company that needs to learn a lot about self worth and how to really keep there employees. To be honest don't work here if you want a safe and healthy work environment. They will make you feel good and then let you go out of no where. I have to say it was one of the two face jobs I have ever had

They didn't have the extremely uncommon part that I needed in stock. A part that costs $6 at best. Knowing that they don't even have a $6 sale... the young gentleman behind the counter went out of his way to find the part for me from a competitor.
