“We went to the location on third Avenue and 96th St.…The service was great…I made an appointment for 3 PM…And I arrived one hour early in case of a wait…I was so happy to see that there was no wait…I came with my four children to be tested…I was so very happy that they were willing to do the test on my children who’s ages ranging from six years old to 12 years old…I wish I knew the young man’s name who did their swaps…He was very nice to them, and very reassuring to them…He did an exceptional job with them… I am very pleased with the service…Our results came back within the timeframe that they said the results would come back…24 to 48 hours…our results were back in 28 hours…I was so happy and relieved…I would recommend this laboratory to anyone who is looking for a professional and comforting Covid testing experience for their children..”

“i have been filling my prescriptions at nucare for many years. they have a friendly and prompt delivery service after 3pm daily. the delivery man has been with them for years and is friendly and courteous. cindy at the counter is super sweet and accomodating. mike the pharmacist is knowledgable and approchable. this pharmacy or as my mother would call it "drug store" has an old school neighborhood feel that rarely exists anymore.”

“Dr Battista and his office is simply the best there is. Every staff member is exceptional from the front desk, nurses and both doctors. As my 18 year old gets older it’s nice to also have a woman doctor, Dr C to discuss sensitive issues and she is less embarrassed.Today I called at 4:09, two days before Christmas when I’m sure everyone wanted to get home. My son had sudden ear pain and we were told to come in right away. We were in and out within 45 minutes of my initial phone call and Dr B was his amazing, kind self!! It’s obvious their patients are their top priority.I always find it amazing with the large patient base they have, the doctors always remember tiny details to make the kids feel like they are their #1 patient.Not only do my kids go to Dr B and Dr C but 4 other nieces/nephews as well as a bunch of friends.I can’t thank this practice enough for their kindness and knowledge.”

I have a fear of needles, I detest getting my blood drawn, I'm extremely squeamish and have never once had a good experience getting labs done, but the person who drew my blood today was gentle and efficient. I walked in without an appointment at 11:40am and was out before noon. They found my vein straight away, and the phlebotomist was patient and understanding about my fear of needles. The facility was clean and I would definitely come back here for future bloodwork. I didn't get the name of the person who saw me but I'm very grateful for such a quick and painless process, thank you!”
“I had an appointment at a Bronx location and it was closed. I went to this location to get my blood tests. The place was packed.You must use the kiosk to check in. Perhaps there should have been a big sign with instructions so that people know. This site is extremely busy and should have more people on staff. The receptionist and the phlebotomist were very professional.”
“Giselle was amazing! The new job I’m starting seems to be suffering from poor communication on top of bad timing and overall the process was pretty stressful. Got there and was told I need a code (didn’t even get the email from the identity verification company). She directed me calmly what to do and I was able to get it resolved and not have to wait hours to be seen. She was also dealing with several other patients while she was helping me.”

“The women here are super hard workers and are doing everything they can to see everyone in a timely fashion. I always have to lay down for bloodwork otherwise I might faint, so I always end up seeing Joanna. She’s one of the rare people who can draw my blood seamlessly without poking and prodding! If you make an appointment, just try not to have plans after and bring a book or something- don’t freak out on the staff because the company schedules them a million appointments a day! Once you’re in, it’s quick and they’re very nice. (:”
