Absolutely horrendous. The driver never showed up, faked a signature. Customer support non-existent, don't pick up the phone during their work hours, the phone line is constantly breaking up even on their voice-mail, it's clearly outsourced to another country. Nobody knows where the driver is.

Dont even know why this company exists. You see all the reviews & still do nothing to fix issues? Im currently sitting infront of my home 6:25pm waiting for this package of my cats carrier. It was said to be delivered on Saturday..... Its tuesday. Saturday says "delivery attempted: unsafe to release" at 12:00pm Wtf does unsafe to release mean. I dont live in the jungle. And first of all, i was home AND have cameras infront. No one attempted the delivery. So thats a lie. Biggest issue of all, i have my hotel booked for today Tuesday and was supposed to hit the road at 7am. I called dynamex many times for them to say the same thing, itll be delivered by 7pm. At least have the fuckin delivery guy call me to reassure me of my delivery. OR How about you give me a refund for one night of my hotel stay. And after that, maybe you will deserve an actual 1 star. Really unfuckin believable.

Worst delivery company ever period. Always delayed, frequent package damage, and worse package would disappear. I don't know how they got their business, but if you have a choice, avoid this one as possible as you can.

I do not understand why third-party sellers on Amazon choose this shipping service... Not once a shipment from this provider came, and once it was cancelled for no apparent reason and Amazon Customer Rep could not even see the cancellation while I was able to see on the tracking website. Terrible service!!! If you are a seller, do not use this service at all, even if it is cheap and you get extra money. Would you rather have cancellations and refunds or satisfactory delivery?

Dynamex is probably the worst delivery company I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, they sign up as de default delivery for Amazon. I don't know why Amazon would work with such a trash company. I had many items delivered by UPS, Fedex, or USPS. They do got late, rarely, but this Dynamex is always late one or two days if I'm lucky, otherwise the package will just disappear, with no tracking info posted. The package had just vanished ... Amazon, please stop your business with these thugs!

Ordered 3 items from Amazon on 3 separate occasions and these idiots were the delivery courier all 3 were " lost "... Amazon refunded me...but this company is definitely full of thieves probably open for the holidays ...steal everyone's merchandise then close. If you see an order with them cancel it and request another delivery service! These people are complete crooks

Why does Amazon consistently choose crappy delivery services? Dynamex is the pits. Dynamex is even worse than Lasership which is a zero. Each time Amazon has Dynamex deliver my orders, somehow the orders are LOST. I had to get refunds from Amazon 90% of the time I order something. If the items aren't lost, they are 4-7 days late. Amazon needs to get its act together or they will lose customers. Dynamex is as retarded a company as Lasership is.

An absolutely terrible, ghetto, trash company. I ordered something from Amazon Prime and Dynamex was to be the last mile delivery service. It didn't come on the day it was supposed to. Looked up the status on Amazon and it just said that the package was shipped, but no change in this status for two days. Called Dynamex and they claimed they never received the package at their Long Island City warehouse, but they insisted that it would be delivered within two days. Two days go by and nothing arrives. I contacted Amazon and they said it looked like the package was lost and gave me a full refund. I told them never to use this service again. Piss-poor service and lost deliveries seem to be a recurring theme with this garbage company. I also contacted Dynamex to see what the hell happened and they continued the same story that they didn't receive the package and now that the order is cancelled, it's out of their hands. Completely unprofessional and totally incompetent. The package was shipped from a location five miles away from where I live. How pathetic can you be if you can't deliver something to the next neighborhood?? If a zero star rating was possible, I would give it to them.

Poor BS service! They had 1 job and they can't even do that properly. Wondering how on Earth they are still in business?! Said package was delivered to the 'customer', and guess what, when Amazon called them on my behalf, the carrier rep was giving them an attitude saying they may have lost the package. I got the package delivered the next day (24 hours later) by someone who left it at the lobby of my apartment building.

It's too bad that I couldn't rate this delivery company a "0" because they don't deserve a "1" Amazon should read the reviews on this company and dump them soon. I have already requested a refund from Amazon and specifically told them that I will cancel any orders in the future if it is assigned to this delivery service. Placed the order on the 23rd and it arrived at the post office at 2:15 am on the morning of the 25th, with a promise to be delivered by 8:00 pm on the same day, the 25th. I called Amazon at 7:00 pm to say that it wasn't delivered yet and still didn't say it was out for delivery. Oh, they said........I will contact Dynamex. The answer was they just picked it up a few minutes ago and I should receive it by the 29th. You've got to be kidding me. Everyone, please check all the reviews for this delivery company and you will see that they're HORRIBLE!!! This is an update on 9/29 DON'T EVERY USE THIS COMPANY - THEY'RE A BUNCH OF LIARS Today they tell me that they attempted to deliver the package twice and returned it to Amazon. Not only have I been home the whole time, but there are security cameras at the door - ABSOULTY NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED - LIARS AND FAKERS

I have a zara package and T-force delivery guy text me this morning " if you are not at home, stop ordering because it's hard to get into the building." Also said " thank you for understanding." Understanding how hard your work is and stop ordering online??!! Very Unprofessional !! He doesn't know how to do his job and solve the problems instead of texting me stop ordering online, ridiculous!! I have to work in the office Monday's to Fridays, how to open the door for him? All the business is changing now and ordering online is getting more important due to the pandemic. if he has problems at work, he should talk to his boss or Zara, not texting me!! Also, he was going to leave the box in the intercom which is outside of the front door of the building because he can't solve the problems!! Serious, He is not the right person to fit this position!!! Shame on the company to hire such kind of person.
