Love this location since there are more Asian options available and earlier hours during the week and Sat, but parking is a challenge in this area so prepare for that.

It's a Costco very typical of the new Costco's. This location replaced an older place in Hackensack. In the old Costco you started on the right side of the store to do you shopping. This new Costco, like every new one, you go in on the left and finish on the right. Still not used to it after over 2 years. Very well maintained a lot of the people that work there have been there for years. Friendly helpful staff. Nothing has changed in time that they are in Teterboro.

Went there yesterday to exchange a $600 defective blender for a new one. Customer service person rushed through the return and put the refund on a credit card. Before I could check the number to see if it was correct, the transfer was done. After getting the receipt, I cross checked and it was a card I no longer have due to a bank acquisition. The customer service person refused to reverse the credit saying she would lose her job. So now we called corporate and fighting to get the refund. They said they will call us back in a couple days. If they do the the right thing, I will revise this review. If they do not, I'll also repost. I think they should have just fixed their mistake right away, but I will give them the benefit for now. Update....since the credit card number was not in use anymore, Visa refused their transfer and sent my money back to Costco. Costco said they willl issue me a check in 7 to 14 days. They should just give me a store credit now instead of making me wait. Not real happy with them. It's easy to do a good job when their are no problems, but how a company responds when there are issues shows their true colors.

This location should have been planned much more efficiently regarding where the registers are compared to shopping aisles. Both intersect blocking the flow of customers with oversized carriages that run directly into the checkout line. This is the most congested and accident-prone location I have been to.
The parking lot is the same way.

This Costco in Teterboro is one of the best and busiest. Great atmosphere. Great location. Awesome places to eat next door.

Location, parking, next to other stores. Sunday is limited but still great! Buy all at Costco! Fresh and best price!

Maria and Alyssa are awesome! First I lost my Citi check for over $200 between my house and Costco. I was freaking out and Maria showed me how to sign up for the Citi app so I could see the check online and cash...awesome! She went above and beyond. I then went to buy a pair of glasses and Alyssa was so great. Knowledgeable, helpful and also tighted my spare glasses. Great customer service. Thanks ladies.

Wholesale market, only for membership holders, two types: the first is $60 and the second is $120. It depends on your purchases and I recommend it for families staying 5 months or more.
