Used to be good. Don't know what happened. Put you on hold without telling you and never pick up again. One person says the meds are ready, the other person said they are not. Asked for text notification multiple times, still nothing. Literally had someone answer the phone by saying, "You again? We're busy". I'm not sure if it's bad service or they just need better staffing. Either way no good.

The staff is quite friendly and goes beyond their usual responsibilities in order to help you. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at that Costco Pharmacy.

I yearn for the old type of mom and pop drug store. These days going to a chain is almost a must.
Costco pharmacy in Teterboro is on the low end of good.
They always have the most common meds in stock. But if you're getting anything expensive they never have it. Obviously they don't want to keep expensive medication on the shelf hoping some doctor with prescribe it. My Dr sends over a prescription at 10 AM. At 4:30 PM I receive a text telling me that they are out of stock, and must order it. I call, and am told that they get their order anytime after 3 PM. the next day. The next day I receive a text at 6:30 PM tellng me that the prescription is ready. They close the dept. at 7 PM....so I wait another day and pick it up on the 3rd day. This is not something that rarely happens. This happens each time, and it's the same medication month after month.
The lines at the pharmacy are very long. People wait on line to pick up....several people in the pharmacy see this, but nobody walks up to help the customers. Then finally a women with food in her mouth starts helping people.
Just my opinion, but a pharmacy should look professional. However the pharmacist himself never wears a white coat with a name badge, at times he looks like he's dressed to go to the gym. He could be confused with the janitor....not professional. I think it's a state law that the pharmacist must have his name on him so people can read it.
The system they have to pay is antiquated. it's a waste of time and ridiculous.
The hours of the pharmacy are not good. They close at 7 PM during the week, they aren't open at all on Sundays. They should be open until at least 1 PM, like other chain pharmacy's.
Everyone should do themselves a favor...go next door to Walmart. The pharmacy their is must more professional. The staff is much more attentive. The medication is usually on a blister card assuring the patient that it is clean and sterile. They always have everything in stock. And they say thank you!

They always have problems with communications with doctors. They never receive messages from the doctors and they say something to them and there are a few men who work there who all they do is laugh at you. It is irresponsible on the part of the doctors in charge there because my husband went 4 days without taking medicine for diabetes and they did not respond. I'm going to change pharmacies, it's not worth it

The Asian guy with no name tag (would be nice to have one so I don't have to go by visuals to identify) is miserable inside and out for unknown reasons, but also decides to make everyone else's life miserable. Has messed up medication, rude when answering questions when he in fact has been caught being wrong about his refill statements. If he cant do the job, take him out there's people with better skills who can do his job at the same pay.

Shoppers bring entire family like it's an OUTING - NO RESPECT walking side-by-side hogging and STOPPING walkways. Costco needs non-enforcement traffic lines/markers w/directional arrows with a 'center' lane for non-basket shoppers. For me, I simply rudely push my way thru all while these shoppers have no clue of the rudeness! TETERBORO COSTO IS GREAT!!

Came here today as I've come many times with my mothers card as we have a business and each family member has a Costco card. I came yesterday. I was looking for something but didn't have enough time so I wanted to go back today to just look for what I wanted. Yesterday I had no problem and today I was stopped when I was going to self check out to scan the card and this lady said it wasn't my card. I gave my ID and stated that I have never had issues in the past because I always use my moms card. We clearly have the same last name. Today this woman told me i couldn't buy my items. So i spent the last 20 minutes shopping. Wasting time because TODAY they decided to tell me i couldn't buy my groceries. So how about if this is a rule then follow the rule at all times, not just when you feel like it. So when I asked her if I could just finish this purchase, she said no and that I wasn't allowed? So I clearly was at the checkout and had a Costco card but this woman decided to not let me buy my stuff because apparently it's affecting her day. So now I'm walking away annoyed and frustrated all because she decided to follow the rules today, but not yesterday. Trying to convince me to buy a Costco card when I live with my parents. I will never go back to this Costco again and you need to do better because this is not acceptable as people who have been members of Costco for a very long time.

Went to Costco to purchase a new tire. I have had to fill my left rear tire up every week for a few weeks now and finally went to purchase a new one. The attendant at the tire shop offered to check to see if the tire was repairable first instead of purchasing a whole new tire. I thought that was very nice of him. Great customer service.

Always has what I need. Parking is indeed a bear, Gas station is always full, but this Costco is on my way in and out of NYC, so I deal. There is a liquor shop but it's a separate entity outside the main warehouse and I believe it's run by a different company. This Costco is across from Teterboro Airport. Probably why there are more fast food options in the same mall. Samples are usually available. On Sundays in Bergen, shopping is forbidden except for food so beware of the blue signs. Can't buy those till the next day. Not a bad store.

It's better not to have customer service at all then have customer employees like thiat.They've been serving clients so long that. people in the lane began yelling . I left costco without paying my member fees. Thank you Ivan and Maria for ruining my day off.
