Very nice staff, but regrettably poor to mediocre service. Usually there is only one teller on duty. The outside window is closed . Calling for information requires a 20- minute hold time.If you need to get something notarized , or access your safe box, you are in for a wait. If you call the bank , you will be promptly directed to their website!

November is Native American Heritage Month, and Wells Fargo's Tenafly branch is celebrating in a unique way - by allowing customers to choose Native American art to be printed on their debit or check cards. As a customer, I think this is a thoughtful gesture that helps promote appreciation and understanding of Native American culture. I appreciate that Wells Fargo is using its platform to highlight Native American voices during this month. The debit/check card art program enables customers to participate in celebrating the rich culture and history. It's a simple but meaningful way to promote awareness and become more educated on Native American heritage. I hope Wells Fargo considers expanding this type of program in the future.

Just went there today 8/10/2020 to try to deposit checks. It said it was open and on the website it says drive-through open, but just to let you know...I’ll do the bank job for them, that is only ATM drive-through that is open. You’re welcome!

Horrible customer service all three workers I talked to had an extreme attitude problem. I also waited 30 minutes for me to have to walk over myself and be told that I have to come back another day. An elderly man also left behind me disgruntled as he experienced the same service. This branch NEEDS new, friendlier staff.
