This is an outstanding and amazing string shop I ever had. Thanks to the owner's consideration and kindness to everything. My friends and I, as well as the orchestra I am part of, have received significant help since the COVID period. Mr. Park has always been consistently supportive and provided excellent instrument recommendations, which helped us perform exceptionally well in college auditions and the All-State Orchestra. I recently purchased my daughter's second violin from W. Violin. Gene Park gave us detailed explanations about the unique sound characteristics and differences of each violin. Through several violin sound tests, we were able to find the most suitable violin for my daughter. Thanks to his kind and detailed explanations, it was wonderful to have a good violin to play!

As a customer for 10+ years at W. Violin, I have a fantastic experience every time I visit. The owner, Gene Park, is extremely accommodating of the particular violin tone that I am achieving for, and he helps me through the violin selection process every time. I proudly affirm that the customer service here is top-notch, and I always recommend this store to my friends and any string instrument musicians.
Also, The range of string instruments is meticulously catered towards your preference. Gene Park takes time to understand your needs and offer valuable insights and recommendations. He would always be there whenever I needed maintenance, repairs, or asked any questions about my instrument. I also really love how you can purchase music scores which I came extremely often for. Overall, I definitely recommend this shop to anyone because I have a great experience every time!!!

This is the third year we are using the violin from W violin. My daughter is in 7th grade and auditioned for Regional orchestra for the first time this year and got in. Believe me, students who come to the audition bring the finest violins you can find around here along with their well-prepared skill sets and the violin my daughter used from W violin was second to none. Mr. Park took care of the instrument until the day before the competition to make sure it produces the best sound. He genuinely tries to be helpful always. Our family totally recommend W violin!

I’ve been twice to W. Violin, once for a shoulder rest and the second time to get a second bow for my violin. Both times Mr. Gene Park eagerly helped me despite my showing up without an appointment. Both times I got excellent recommendations and purchased items that were slightly better priced than having gone through Amazon/online. I highly recommend W. Violin for your classical string instrument needs!
