“I am a long-time client of both Riverside Vet South and North. I adopted Jacques and Jolie (siblings) from RVN in 2008. My 15-yo kitty Jacques came in this week to RVS for a dental. The vet was Dr. East who has helped me in very difficult moments with my kitties - and I have to say the experience was beyond my expectations. The staff's communication was spot-on and they clearly had Jacques' best interests in mind. Dr. East (as always , so compassionate) made excellent recommendations and spent a lot of time discussing everything with me. The staff is always amazing and helpful. Dr. Glennon and Dr. Corrao are the most compassionate, knowledgeable and caring doctors. They truly care about the well-being of your pet and provide you with all of the information and options, so you can work together and make an informed decision. They don’t push you to do unnecessary procedures or charge excessive amounts for things, which is something i have experienced with other vets in the past. “So today I went to go to the vetenarian to get my cat her vaccines. When I walked in a heard a very strange noise, almost like a growl but it sounded different. I was a little startled but figured it was just a large dog, everything seemed normal until the veterinarian told me to follow her… what I saw next I cannot even put into words, this was single handedly the most villainous, frightful and just down right pernicious thing I have ever seen: I will attach a photo to show what I saw but I am still in shock. Fortunately, I later found out that they ended up saving the Gorilla, so I will definitely be returning. This is an experience I will never forget.”
