This bank treated my friend amazingly. He just got a CD from them and they went above and beyond making sure that the wire transfer was done right. Everyone who works in this bank was nice and even the manager chipped in to help. Highly recommend using this bank!

Worst place to do business they promised something and at time of delivery blamed each other and didn’t honor there word.

Spoke with James, VP market manager, he is terrible and doesn't stick by his word of completing a task I had for him. He said he would get back to me and hasn't, I have had to reach out to him personally over the last couple days and he keeps blowing me off saying he will complete the task and yet I am still here with no answers. The guy looks lost, all he cared about is repeating that he has 20+ years in the banking industry (Which means nothing to me). Truthfully, looks like a lost individual that should not be helping customers at valley branches any more.
