Every one is correct about this place. Rude, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. They don’t want to be there, or offer any assistance with anything outside of just placing envelopes into a bin. It’s best to save yourself the dignity and just use a different location if you have the ability to do so for your mail or passport needs.

Aside from my town’s post office, I often come to this one, for its extended hours, especially on Saturdays they are open till 4pm. I always had a fast and efficient service here. All the clerks have been friendly and helpful. The post office has lots of good gifting and mailing materials available inside.

This team is rude, unpleasant and entitled. They have their friends write positive reviews here because I have lived in this town for two decades and never heard a single person say a good thing about this post office. They have made tons of errors losing / sending packages back to sender. They could not spare a second of kindness if they had a pocket full of kindness. Selfish, arrogant and lazy.

I have had a Blessed life and got to live in many states and towns across this Great country. The Tenafly Postal service is the worst group of people I have ever had to deal with. Corrupt evil to say the least.

Didn’t have an appt for passport renewal but came prepared: passport, photos, filled application, checkbookAJ was extremely helpful. Walked and explained whole process to me and what to expect from passport agency in return.I’m from englewood cliffs but when I went there to try and complete my process they were rude, nasty, vial, disgusting human beings yelling and screaming at everyone. Lazy but angry at everyone.I came to tenafly because some of their staff members used to work in englewood cliffs when their post office WAS nicer and wanted a smooth support.
