Came here a couple of months ago. Damaged my car and refused to fix the repairs even after I gave very reasonable solutions. I drive a sports car that is a little low to the ground due to factory spec. I requested a full body and undercarriage wash. I immediately feel the car scrape going up the ramp to get onto the rails. If the car was too low, the staff should have spoke up but instead told me to keep coming forward! As i progressed through the wash, I can feel the car hitting something below. Sure enough, once I got out of the car, I could smell burnt oil. As I did a 360 check around the car, I also noticed the back left blinker light was broken and pushed in probably due to either the workers being too rough or from the brushes being too strong. I took my car to my mechanic to verify the damage to the undercarriage and the reasoning for the smell. Sure enough, there was a small crack on the lower oil pan. I called and spoke to a guy named Brendan who initially seemed like he was going to try to make things right and reviewed the footage. He told me that he doesn't see how my car could have been damaged(even though there are many other reviews of customer cars being damaged at this car wash and also being blown off when asked to fix damages) and pretty much said the car wash isnt responsible. I told him I didnt even care about the blinker but the oil pan too? Too much to break at once to not warrant some responsibility. I assured him it wasn't even too expensive to fix due to the parts not being very expensive and it only being the lower end of the pan that needs to be replaced. I had to pretty much beg to get a resolution. Keep in mind this is a process that went on for over a week of me trying to get some compensation. He eventually called me and told me he would pay for the part 35 dollars in car wash credit. Great. I still have to pay my mechanic labor to fix it but I was fine with it since he also offered to fix my blinker at local body shop he has connections with and said it will be taken care of due to seeing the footage on the cameras of my car being damaged. Obviously he has this connection to the bodyshop because this is not the 1st time they have damaged customer's cars. I take it to the bodyshop for a quote. The guy gets back to me later stating it will be 300 dollars and Brandon also calls me but instead of paying for the damage he caused, he has the audacity to ask me to split the bill. So now I have to pay 150 for damage that wasn't even caused by me all because i chose this cheap car wash. He wouldnt even pay for the smallest amount of damage to my car nor the oil pan labor. he stated that because my car was older, it was my fault and he wouldn't pay the total. At this point, I'm furious. I told him off and stated I didn't need his help then. How cheap can you be? It was complete bullshit. My car is older but everything on the car is new and has no rust in the areas that were damaged. 1st you tell me you were going to take care of it, then go back on your word and make up excuses to get away from paying. That's your autobody I went to, its not my fault that guy wants to overcharge for a simple repair! These guys are very dishonest, unprofessional, and will damage your car with no consideration of making things right. A slimy business like this needs to be reported to the BBB. If you care at all for your car and don't want it to be damaged without compensation, please avoid this carwash at all costs.

It's okay but I paid for some of the extras and I came out and the wheels were filthy. This place isn't cheap so I would go elsewhere, I certainly will be.
They used to have a great service with a crew where they would vacuum out the car, etc. They're all gone and the place is mostly automated. Plus they raised their prices significantly maybe 30-35%.

Free Air Guns.
Once you use a high pressure air gun to 1) knock all the dust off your dash, 2) clean the "yuch traps" in one pass, and 3) even knock loose the dirt in the carpets... You'll never use a car was that doesn't off it. Game over.
The free vacuums are also modern and have better suction.
All this and the wash equates to being able to maintain a very clean car. I say all this a guy whose interior usually looks like it's owned by a landscaper.
The old saying holds true. You can't eat a steak with a straw. That's what your doing cleaning your interior without the right tools.

This car wash used to rock. Now they are using a really bad product for the tire shine and I leave and my truck is dirtier than when I came!!! I have to downgrade my membership now to remove the tire shine!!

Very efficient car wash with a good menu of reasonably priced services. Just drive in then select and pay via a touch screen. Get your wash. Then vacuum the inside on your own after. Their vacuum needed more suction. The quick wash was fairly thorough.

Tenafly soft car wash is the place to go to keep your car spotless. I have been coming here for at least 8 years and the promotions available they continuously improve upon. I am now a member of the wash club. This club allows one the option of a monthly fee for unlimited washes in your category. Whether the wash, deluxe or any category of their premium services they do a fantastic job. Cars look great when done and they recently installed high tech air guns and vacuums for free, to clean out the dust in your vents and get those crumbs from the kiddies off the floors and backseats.
