I was going in to the bank yesterday and a went into deposit my check as I usually do.As a walk up to the banker she immediately gives me sass and seems like a overall negative person.Continuing on after depositing my check as I walk out I see Sharon(the name of the banker I was with) proceeded to take out some money from my account.I obviously believe she wrote down my info and fear she may take more

Never had issues at this branch. The staff handled my transactions quickly and with care. They were professional and kind- something missing from the banking experience these days.

PROS: This bank treats their members with the up most respect. Anytime I come into this bank they treat me well. They have a free financial advisor and competitive loan rates. Cons: this place has no parking lot and no drive through OVERALL: Oksana helped me with my auto loan and I will recommend others to come to her if they are in need of a loan! I recommend seeing her for help

Terrible!! I tried deposit cash and machine didn’t work properly. I told them total amount of cash. They said that it was right at first and they changed it again. And they don’t know what is going on. Small amount of cash. But how can I trust this bank.

Was a great experience and had to give them a shout out!!!! All of the staff was very kind supportive and respectful... I may be young but they still respected me no matter what . I’m glad to have gone there for help.

Deposit your money here at PNC if it is not valuable. Someone ACH my money from my checking account, at PNC's fault, at the end i wasnt reimbursed! I am talking over $20,000. Money is gone they said. What do you mean gone ? Excuse meeeee, what the heck was your job? ( isnt still there a 0-star option on reviews? )

I went there to create a new bank account with them and they were so helpful! I was nervous because it was my first time opening up my own personal bank account but they made it easy by going through everything step by step. I will definitely be going back again if I have anymore questions or concerns.

Terrible experience. Over an hour and still waiting to close an account. Opened online about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received debit card or pin to establish online access. I would not recommend doing business with PNC Bank at all. There are much better banks to work with. The bankers at Chase down the street have been very helpful. Stay away. You have been warned.
