I’ve been getting all of my pet supplies from here for years! the staff are always very friendly and helpful with giving pet care advice. I try to bring my dogs here as often as I can because they love it too!

Was visiting the area from out of town and realized we forgot the dog food at home. Have no fear! We called Valentina at Plaza Pet World in Tenafly and she had a bag for us right away. She asked us for the protein makeup of our current food which we looked up online and she picked out a similar type of food that would not cause digestive issues from switching the food. We picked it up right away and our dog was not only happy with the food but he also had no stomach issues from this new food. Valentina was very happy to help out and provided great customer service. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I have been a customer since they were in Closter. Stay away from those chain stores. These are honest people who care about pets and will give you good advice and guidance. They could not be more customer oriented. They are truly concerned for your pets needs. Service is exceptional.
