“This Bank of America branch handled my request without hesitancy, a financial transaction that couldn't be handled by another branch. After I presented my case the transaction went smoothly and was processed on the same day.
Special mention to Jeanilyn Aytona who went a mile beyond to help me with a big smile. The manager (I'm sorry but I failed to get his name) also was so helpful and completed the transaction without fuss, even apologizing for the little wait.
