Last week I had a terrific experience working with salesperson Lynn Gerber! Her can-do attitude, experience, competitive pricing and hard work answering all of our dozens of questions led us to purchase the car on the spot from her. We recommend Lynn highly! 10 out of 10.
Mike Varela was the Outstanding Manager who made sure our pickup of the car went smoothly. He knew all the ins and outs of the car, was so patient showing us and helping us set up features, and truly cared that we were happy! He is a total Superstar. Couldn't have been nicer. A true gem in terms of knowledge, customer service and attention to detail! 10 out of 10.

I don’t trust car salesmen at all, but I worked with Nick Redondo. I trusted him completely. He is a straight shooter and sold me a beautiful used MINI Countryman in pristine condition. I traveled 2 hrs. for this car and got a great deal all around.

BE CAREFUL AND REVIEW ALL DOCUMENTATION FROM HONDA TENAFLY - NON-DISCLOSURE SEEMS TO BE CONSIDERED AN ACCEPTABLE PRACTICE FOR THEM.
Unethical service department. Brought my vehicle in for repair and never mentioned any issues when I picked it up and paid $$$. Just said it was ready to go. Service advisor was 100% aware that we were planning to leave for 700 mile trip.
Problems with vehicle persisted and local mechanic reviewed Honda's mechanic notes and noticed it stated that the problem was not fixed and it likely needs a new engine. This was never communicated in any way. They even tried getting me to do further non-essential work at the time.
Messages and email were ignored. Finally spoke to advisor for clarification on the issue, and was told it wasn't worth repairing and I should just get a new car. Zero apology or explanation for not conveying critical information about my vehicle.
Also managed to brag about charging $10K over MSRP during the recent years when car pricing was high (when I mentioned this was when I bought my car). Avoid Honda of Tenafly completely or be extra cautious, would not trust this dealership or service department.
