“If you are looking for personable service you will find it at Sugarhill Hardware. No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. I called, they listened and dispatched a well qualified family member to my home ASAP to correct a plumbing issue. I have never seen anything like it. Professional & serious about my plumbing issue in less than an hour my old faucet was removed and a new one installed. The price was soooo right!!! Thank you Marco (Dad) & sons Jeremy, & Marvin. I called ahead to tell them what I needed in my own words I told them and they guided me throughout the whole process, I needed some lumber and didn’t know the measure of the lumber at all, one of gentleman at front took his time to show me the lumber I needed to make sure if that’s the lumber I needed for my project! They have a bunch of tools there and if you need any help, they are open help you! Highly recommended! Will be coming back for my next project!”
“Craftmaster Hardware, is where it's at! I'm a Maintenace Techniacian and a good portion of my job requires locksmithing. I exclusively shop here for all my locksmith needs. Why would I exclusively shop at one place? The answer is quite simple. They have unbeatable prices, fast shipping, and phenomenal customer service! The company I work for has an account with them, so the prices are ridiculously cheap; there's is absolutely no comparison. Their prices are usually 20-25% cheaper than the regular retail price. They're really good about shipping. Anytime I purchase an in stock item, they'll ship it out the same day and I will usually receive it the next day. Their customer service is top notch, I usually deal with a sales rep by the name Don; Don's the best! If I have any question about something I'm not familiar with or what kind of lock would be good with a certain application, he's pretty good at making a suggestion. A couple times I needed some out of stock items expedited and he was able to get them to me fairly quick. There's also been instances when I needed a something same day and I was able to pick it up directly from them. If you're a locksmith or a technician I highly recommend you check this place out!”
“Never in my life would I think I’d leave a hardware review but here I am! My husband needed a brass cleaner on a Saturday afternoon around the time most hardware stores are closed. We found this one was still opened and called to make sure it actually was since we had just tried going over to another one that was supposed to be open according to Google and it wasn’t. To avoid another pointless trip I called this one before we headed there and a lovely gentleman by the name of Jose answered and literally gave us the best customer service experience that is hard to come by these days! He said they had the cleaner in stock and asked if we’d like for him to have it ready for us at the counter which we happily agreed to. He called us back a minute later to let us know that it was actually out of stock and that to please excuse him. Like, what?! So nice of him to do! Thank you Jose!”

“As a young adult living in NYC, a lot of emergencies come up. We have always had a good experience with emergency shopping trips here. They have been helpful with paint supplies, key duplication, plumbing emergencies, etc. I appreciate having a convenient business with helpful staff members that are nice (which isn't always the case in NYC). Much better than big box stores for most things. And fair prices, too. Standard key duplication is only $2. Definitely recommend for convenience, answering questions and guiding me to products for my project.”

“This store is the personification of the "the little engine can could". I've been going here for over 30 years and rarely leave disappointed. I love to support local businesses and this one makes it so easy. This small store has a little bit of everything. I'm constantly amazed how many times I've gone in doubting they have what I'm looking for and walk out with something that if not exact good enough. Being a small business, they don't aim to compete on price but make up for it with service and 1 or 2 versions of a lot of different products. Over the years they've saved by backside a bunch of times when everyone else was closed not to mention the drive time to go to Home Depot or Lowe's If your looking for a local store that's delivers well beyond its size, go to Butlers.”

During this massive heat wave, my 87 year old mother's ac went out, we called him at 8am and within 45 mins he had a new unit sent over and installed it too!! Not sure what she would have done without Him!! Truly a blessing and very rare you can get customer service like this anymore. I highly reccommend this store and staff.
