I thought they were great. I received my deposit back. The two days later they took out 58.00 out of my checking accounts. I called the Tenafly office and they said it was for tolls. I never took the car anywhere. They said I was on gardening stat parkway and the turnpike. I know they are lying because the have to record the beginning mileage and ending mileage. That should clue them in. I truly believe that someone from auto body shop or enterprise employee went joy riding on my dime. I would be vey careful with this company

Excellent service from sales agent Drew, who not only picked me up and dropped me off at home, but took care of the rental which turned out to be a brand new car with 60 miles on it!

Joe made renting a vehicle like a walk in the park. Absolutely seamless!! Thank you for your kindness. If you have to rent a vehicle for travel or an insurance claim, Enterprise in Tenafly is the best! Highly recommend!

I've been meaning to post a review for a while. Every experience I've ever had with Enterprise in Tenafly, NJ has been a superior one. Customer service is excellent, and I've gotten some good cars. Last time I was there in January Jair Rendon, the branch manager, was super helpful. Would definitely recommend this location.

All went as planned and the car was fine. I was picked up at the body shop to start and end my rental. Nothing but the best for the crew at the Tenafly location

Always great service. On last rental I forgot an item in the car, Jair hrlped locate the car few days after returning it, and recovered my item. Exceptional service. Thank you.

I hate that I’m posting this, but I did not have a good experience at this location. I had to return different vehicles due to tire issues:Vehicle #1: front tires were bald (see picture below) and no washer fluid at all - I had to stop and put it in myself when I couldn’t see on Rt 17. Swap carVehicle #2: I was advised that if the tire light went on, it’s probably due to the weather and to put air in it…. Bring to my husband’s shop (Midas) and there is a nail through the tire and into the rim, it needs a new tire. I was told to bring to a Mavis, or bring it back. Swap carVehicle #3: seemed fine at first, but then the tire light went on. I brought it to my husband’s shop and turns out the rear tires are as bald as the first car, and the front brakes are shot.At this point my husband is furious, calls Enterprise and ends up getting into a screaming match with whoever was on the other end.Vehicle #4: After my husband called corporate, I brought it to the Enterprise in Paramus, NJ on Rt 17 and Matt could not have been nicer. He put me in a SAFE vehicle, and today helped me when I was too nervous to return the car to the Tenafly location because of what had happened.I’m giving two stars because of Matt’s redeeming, terrific customer service and professionalism, so you owe him a ? or two.

These guys are great. I use interstate 9W as my collision shop and these guys work closely with them. They pick you up, drop you off and work hard to stay inside your insurance allocated amount. They didn't have the car they promised me and gave me a BMW at the same daily rate.

This is the first time I rented a car. They answered all my questions, even when I called. The time to return the car was convenient, and toll was also convenient. If I rent a car again, I will go here again.

The employees at Tenafly Enterprise were wonderful, professional, and friendly. The store front was neat and clean, as was the car. Our car was ready and the only problem was the dirt around the seal of the trunk and doors. We highly recommend this rent a car business and will do it again when we are in the area.
